Villa Oléron sleeps 17, very close to the ocean (800 m) and shops (100 m)

Villa Tribu d'Ø is located in the south of the Ile d'Oléron, close to the viaduct, in a very quiet area, with a large garden (+ 1,000m2), on the edge of the national forest.

The villa built in 2021, of more than 130m2 and its shed, renovated in 2021, of 35m2, can accommodate up to 17 people, they are composed of:

For the Villa (capacity 13 people):
- an entrance hall with toilet, cupboards and pantry (washing machine and dryer),
- a large, very bright living room with bay windows and corner window including fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher), dining room and living room.
- a master suite with dressing room, shower room with WC and bedroom with double bed 180X200cm.
- a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet (detail: 1 bedroom with double bed 180X200, 1 bedroom with double bed 180X200 and 1 single bed 90X200, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds X 3 single beds 90X190 and a bathroom with bath and sink and a shower room with sink).
- a covered terrace and a large garden with petanque court.
- Underfloor heating with the possibility of cooling in summer.

For the Cabanon (capacity 4 people):
- a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, gas hob, oven).
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 140X200cm and storage chests.
- a shower room with sink and toilet.


The villa and the cabin are in the immediate vicinity of the heart of the village (3 minutes walk) with:
- shops (Super U, covered market, shops, etc.),
- restaurants,
- ecomuseum,
- tennis court and communal swimming pool (in summer),
- children's playground (table tennis, skate park, football field, basketball court, bowling alley, fitness trail)

The fine sandy beach of La Giraudière (one of the most beautiful on the island) is in the immediate vicinity (800m), accessible on foot or by bike.

To be able to make the most of your holidays in total disconnection, the villa does not have a television or internet box.

The cycle path that runs along the coast passes in front of the villa.

Once the car is parked, everything can be done on foot or by bike.
