The renovation work was completed in 2022, the 1st year of rental.
This cottage is suitable for your next stay with family or friends, for outdoor activities or to discover the heritage of Aveyron and its local gastronomy.
The first floor, with kitchen and dining area, opens onto a beautiful living room which has retained the stones of an old bread oven. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90) and a bathroom. The cottage has 2 toilets, 1 per floor.
Outside, there is a terrace and a private plot equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and children's games.

Nearby (6 km), Rieupeyroux offers all shops and services.

Pradinas Animal Park and Museum of Agricultural Traditions are less than 1 km away.
From the cottage, many activities are possible. You can discover the bastides and the most beautiful villages in France (Sauveterre-de-Rouergue, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, La Bastide l'Evêque, Villeneuve d'Aveyron, Najac, Belcastel,...). A little further away, there are also some must-see sites to visit: Rodez, the Gorges de l'Aveyron, the Millau viaduct,... or water sports and swimming activities nearby (Rieupeyroux and Naucelle swimming pools, Baraqueville lake with supervised beach, paddle tennis, kayaking, pedal boats, etc.).
