Our vacation home 12 is a lavishly renovated old half-timbered house with 2 apartments and a garden with barbecue facilities, beach chair, relaxation loungers and 2 seating or Dining options for 6 people each. The property is located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and borders directly on the German Wine Route.
With excellent transport links in a quiet location, the house or one of the apartments is the ideal starting point for many worthwhile excursions in the “Tuscany of Germany”.

Apartment 1 - is designed in a colonial style and looks like a venerable Mediterranean manor house with the handmade furniture in the living room.

An enchanted, flowery garden with barbecue, a beach chair, 2 loungers and 2 seating areas for 6 people is available exclusively for the two apartments, there is parking space in front of the house.

Apartment 1 is 70 square meters, is located on the ground floor and has a separate, separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen has all electrical appliances (dishwasher, freezer, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and microwave). Of course there are dishes, cutlery, glasses and all the necessary cooking utensils and a dining area for 4 people. The adjoining bedroom with double bed, spacious closet and room safe has direct access to the bathroom. The also new bathroom is equipped with a huge shower, toilet and washing machine. The 28 m2 living room with a view of the greenery is dominated by a large corner leather couch with a view of the home cinema (swiveling 50 inch plasma television with satellite reception and DVD player, mini stereo system). The second double bed is also in the living room. There is also a rustic dining area for 6 people and a bar cabinet with wine glasses. NEW: fast internet via fiber optic cable / WLAN - for a fee (€ 5, - per apartment and stay).
