This luxury hotel enjoys with its light perfused rooms. In June 2013 newly furnished, the residence can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms and a bright gallery (please inquire for additional guests). 3 bathrooms, swimming pool (solar heated) and sauna make for a relaxing holiday.

Location: Enjoy your breakfast overlooking the valley, mountains and glaciers. Directly behind the residence begin the pastures and a hiking trail to Schmitten height.

The number of Freizeitmöglichenkeiten in the immediate vicinity are overwhelming: mountain biking (rental bikes in Kaprun), swimming & sailing, walking in both direct and high alpine location, gliding and paragliding (landing place 1km away), horseback riding (eg. Porsche Riding Club in Zell-am-See), and in winter of course skiing in several ski resorts. For recommendations sign easiest with us.

Nightly entertainment provide both cable TV securely on 3 LCD screens, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, as well as various games.

Amazing home for Austrian ski vacation

We were fortunate to have found this home for our ski vacation. The house is amazing - in excellent condition and very clean. The furnishings are top notch and very comfortable. The pictures on the site do not do this house justice! It was the perfect set up for 2 families w kids & adults of various ages to spend time together. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in. We loved it and would love to come back when we do our next vacation.

Topp Ferienhaus in guter Lage !!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ausstattung (Sauna, Pool und Terrasse mit Grill) sind echt super. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen dort. Leogang 30 min., Zell am See 10 min. und Kaprun 5 min. entfernt. Gut essen kann man im Ort (Piesendorf) im Gasthaus Matzen und Baumbar in Kaprun (vorbestellen bei beiden ist sinnvoll). Wir kommen sicherlich wieder !!!

Relaxte luxe

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit relaxte luxe huis. Het is het eerste echte ruime huis die we ooit hebben geboekt. Voor 2 auto's was er een carport. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De hele week maaltijden gemaakt in de ruime keuken met alle voorzieningen. De afstand naar de piste is nog geen 5 minuten rijden. Vanuit het huis kijk je op de piste. Kortom, dit is huis is een aanrader. Zeker gezien de prijs wat je allemaal krijgt aan huis en comfort. Ik

Es fehlte an nichts

Wir waren mit unserer grossen Familie in der Unterkunft zu Gast. Der Platz hat auf jeden Fall ausgereicht, da alle genug Rückzugsorte hatten. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Sauna ist gemütlich und super schnell warm und die Betten sind bequem. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin hat schnell geantwortet. Die Skigebiete sind mit dem Auto allesamt innerhalb von 10-15 min erreichbar. Wir empfehlen vor allem das Kitzsteinhorn. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen gerne im Sommer noch mal wieder.

Groß, aber trotzdem zu klein

Eine großzügiges und gut ausgestattetes Apartment, das zwar für mehr als 12 Personen Platz bietet, jedoch nur für maximal 8 optimal geeignet ist. Trotzdem wir, abgesehen vom Schlafplatzproblem, mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden waren, finde ich es um einiges zu teuer. Empfehlen kann ich es trotzdem.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut Laurenz und Fam. bei uns zu haben. Das freistehende Haus mit eigenem Pool (kein Apartment) ist max für 10 Leute zu mieten, nicht für 12 Leute. Wir kommunizieren von Anfang an, dass es 4 abgeschlossene Zimmer für 8 Personen gibt und eine offene Gallerie. Es kann sein, dass Gäste anstatt mit 10 Personen mit 12 Personen anreisen. Dann kann ich verstehen, dass es zu eng ist. Mit vergleichbaren Häusern, die hochwertig ausgestattet sind wie unseres, liegen wir im Schnitt 500 Euro unter dem Preis den andere Anbieter fordern. Unser Mietpreis pro Woche richtet sich nicht nach der Anzahl der Personen die im Haus übernachten.

Wir haben mit 9 Personen unseren Urlaub in Piesendorf verbracht und den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und Komfort. Es fehlte an nichts. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter.

Beautiful spacious house with a great view

Haus Kaprun is a pleasant, comfortable and tastefully decorated house at an easy distance from Kaprun. The house is light and spacious and the view from the balcony and living room is beautiful. The beds are good, the kitchen is fully equiped and everything is handy. The house was perfectly clean and the contacts with the host/owner very pleasant. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Recommended!

Ein ganz besonderer Platz

Bereits bei der Reservierung merkt man, daß das ein ganz besonderer Platz ist. Das Haus und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die neuen Bäder sind wunderschön geworden. Hier kann man Ruhe finden und Kraft tanken. Die Kombination aus Holz, Moderne und Luxus ist sehr gelungen. Bereits beim Betreten des Hauses tritt der "Wow-Effekt" ein. Vielen Dank für dieses Erlebnis und Danke an die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - absolut empfehlenswert!!!

super schön

alles war wirklich toll das haus ist geräumig und war super hergerichtet zum Skifahren muss man mit dem auto oder bus fahren, aber dafür ist der blick auf die berge und den Gletscher wenn man im haus ist unbezahlbar kürzlich wurden alle Bäder renoviert, die sind sehr luxuriös wir wollen nächstes jahr auf alle fälle wieder kommen für 2 Familien ist das haus ideal

Beautiful house with an amazing view!

Our week here was incredible. The house was beautiful and very rustic, appropriate for the Alps! Christoph was extremely helpful and provided us with any info regarding transportation and the ski resorts. The house accommodates 12 people, however 4 people have to share a room which isn't always comfortable. One of the rooms is a mezzanine and can be very loud if people wake up earlier than the people sleeping in the mezzanine. The house was also a bit dirty on arrival. One of the bathrooms looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Other than that, it was perfect. There was an area to leave your skis and snowboards outside and a dry room and sauna that were perfect after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was a good size and had a lot of great cooking equipment. I would suggest this property to friends

Dear Deborah, we are so very sorry to hear the house was not clean. That is not acceptable and we do apologise. We wish you had told us earlier. Our cleaning lady who is usually doing a very good job was sick and we had to get a substitute quickly during high season. It seems like it did not work out at all. Stunning location, comfortable home for families

We recently stayed at the Kaprun residence. We were two families travelling with 5 children. There was plenty of space for everyone! The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean. It was easy to follow the instructions for getting the keys for entry. The pool was very cold - however the nice warm sauna helped to offset that. The owners were fairly easily accessible for questions. The home was well represented by the photos online. By far the best feature of the home is the beautiful view of the mountains. It was a great spot for heading out to mountain excursions - just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids in particular loved the house. There is a great loft that was the perfect spot for them to hang out at night and watch a movie.

07:30 Uhr - Frühstück bei Sonnenaufgang im lichtduchfluteten Essbereich 08:30 Uhr - Ski aufsatteln und ab in eines der 3 nah gelegenen Skigebiete 09:00 Uhr - Erste Talabfahrt auf der frisch preparierten Piste 14:00 Uhr - Kaffee auf der Sonnenterrasse am Ferienhaus 16:00 Uhr - Einkauf im nah gelegenen Lebensmittelmarkt 18:00 Uhr - Der Gasgrill wird angeworfen 20:00 Uhr - Der Abend klingt gemütlich am warmen Kamin aus ... und morgen geht es in die Tauern Spa nach Kaprun. Wir verlebten hier einen traumhaften Familien-Winter-Urlaub. Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
