My house is located on the Boca Raton and Delray Beach border in South Palm Beach County, Florida. House is in between Linton Blvd and the C-15 Canal that boarders Boca Raton. The most northern three canals of Boca Raton are also considered to be in Tropic Isle.

House is very well located, just blocks from the ocean and minutes to Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Delray, Mizner Park, Downtown Boca Raton and I95.

Delray Beach is one of the hottest areas to live in South Florida. Consistently recognized by national media outlets as one of America’s Top 10 small cities to live in. Over recent years the downtown and historic neighborhoods have been revitalized and the city is very active with art fairs, parades and many other festivals throughout the year.

Boca Raton, Florida is known for its golf courses, parks and beaches. Large, oceanfront Red Reef Park is home to the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center with trails, a butterfly garden and a sea turtle sanctuary. Downtown, Boca Raton Museum of Art has modern and contemporary American and European collections, and a sculpture garden. Nearby Mizner Park Amphitheater hosts concerts and events. The Town Center Mall is a top grossing Simon Mall with Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave and high end boutique offerings.
