A relaxing stay in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Located 10 minutes from Romilly-sur-Seine, 20 minutes from Nogent-sur-Seine, 35 minutes from Troyes, and 30 minutes from Provins, this contemporary home is situated in a very quiet residential neighborhood on a large, fenced-in lot. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 5 separate bedrooms. This single-story home features a spacious living area with a lounge and dining area opening onto a sunroom furnished as a relaxation area (exercise bike, sofa, armchairs), a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. For your comfort, especially during business trips, two additional bedrooms can be made available to you (supplement of €15 per night). Located on the lower level of the house (basement), these “single” rooms (one with a single bed, the other with a sofa bed) each have a bathroom (shower and toilet). You also have access to a garage and secure parking on the property. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and linens (tablecloths, towels, dish towels) will be provided free of charge. Electric heating is available at an additional cost. Bicycles are available free of charge so you can enjoy the bike paths. A deposit of €50 per bicycle will be required for each bicycle borrowed.
