Gite de la Bouvotte - NEUVILLE SUR VANNE

Accommodates up to 10 people. Located in the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris, the Bouvotte cottage is the perfect place to gather with family or friends. With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (2 folding beds available for an additional €10 per day per person), you’ll find all the comforts you need for guests of all ages (toys, baby gear, board games, and more). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: The Chomedey Memorial in the village, hiking trails, the Champagne vineyards just 15 minutes away (wine testings available directly from the owners), downtown Troyes (museums, churches, the Cité du Vitrail, etc.) and factory outlets 30 minutes away... On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and laundry area. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a “kids’” bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds, a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a toilet with a sink, and a master suite with a 140x190 bed and a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). Outside, you’ll enjoy a small garden of about 100 m² with a patio, barbecue, patio furniture, and a lounge area. For the kids, there’s a slide, a baby swing, and a rocking crocodile. You’ll have secure parking for two vehicles (garage plus a spot in front of the garage). Beds are made upon arrival; towels and linens are provided; heating and electricity are an additional €8 per day.
