Come and enjoy this charming holiday home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach and the town center. Perfect for sunny days, it is part of a small private complex and features a lovely enclosed courtyard where you can relax in peace and quiet.

You enter the house through its fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals with ease: 4-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, SENSEO coffee maker, drip coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living room, with a 140 cm BZ-style sofa bed and flat-screen TV, invites you to unwind after a day of exploring or swimming. The comfortable bedroom has a 140 cm bed, and the bathroom with WC completes this little haven.

Outside, the terrace shaded by a pergola is perfect for enjoying lunch or simply soaking up the sun without getting too much exposure.

In “camping mode,” the washing machine and barbecue are shared with the other units. Beach mats are provided for your trips to the sand.

This house does not have heating, making it an ideal retreat for summer stays.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
