St Georges de Didonne - HOUSE in the CITY CENTER - NEAR the BEACH

Discover this warm and bright holiday home!
Located in a small private condominium just steps from the town center, it offers all the comforts needed for a successful holiday. Please note that the house is not equipped with heating.

The living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, opens onto an interior courtyard.
The independent kitchen includes a 4-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and fridge with freezer compartment. It opens onto a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends using fresh market produce.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm)

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (120 cm each)

A bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate WC complete the house.

The furnishings are simple and rustic, but everything is designed to provide comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy the sun on the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture.

The two other houses in the condominium are also available for seasonal rental.

Parking on the property.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
