This stunning, beautifully appointed, sun filled home with incredible views of the Gulf and bay is located across from the beach. Featuring every amenity needed for a perfect vacation including a HEATED SALT WATER POOL AND SPA and private dock with Kayaks and paddle boards, a poolside ping pong table and bikes. House is also equipped with an elevator for any guests with limited mobility.

The pool is situated right on the water and is equipped for lounging, swimming and dining with luxury seating and lounging for 12, shade umbrellas, pool floats, noodles, and hotel quality beach towels. Beach equipment includes chairs, umbrellas, beach caddy, sand toys, beach blankets, coolers and more.

We provide every amenity and feature you could wish for to make your vacation truly unforgettable. Too many awesome highlights to mention them all: 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space including 4 private balconies, a Master bedroom Lanai, an enormous main level lanai with spectacular Gulf and river views large dining and living areas, huge poolside lanai (covered and uncovered) and a one of a kind ROOFTOP Terrace with panoramic views of the Gulf and Fish Trap Bay. Every detail of the 4 bedroom, each with private en suite bathroom and private balcony, has been designed and appointed with the highest quality finishes. His and her bathrobes, luggage racks, blow dryers, professional grade toiletries and other amenities for a luxury spa vacation experience.

The state of the art kitchen has professional appliances and upscale quartz and marble and quartz finishes and a dedicated coffee bar. Kitchen opens to an oversized living area, dining area and lanai that spans the full length of the home and overlooks the pool, spa and boat dock. From this main level lanai you will access the rooftop deck where watching the sunsets will take your breath away.

Best location, half a block (.1 mile) to beach access #1 on Bonita Beach! Private and serene and yet a 2 minute walk to Docs Beach Shack or Coconut Jacks. Plenty of biking and walking trails with easy access from the home. Paddle board, kayak, from the private dock. Renters are welcome to bring their boats or jetskis and use the neighborhood ramp located at the end of the block to launch their equipment and bring around to the private dock. This home has a fantastic location for beachgoers with two nearby restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of pool toys, life jackets, games for kids. The pool and sauna were wonderful. Lots of stairs but the elevator was great! The dock is small and the boat/jetski lift is not operational but we rented a boat and a pontoon nearby that was also within walking distance. Overall, a really nice stay.

Do to the tremendous liability and additional insurance coverage needed to underwrite the risk in allowing non residents to operate our boat lift equipment (including the risk of personal injury, damage to the boat or damage to the lift equipment) we are unable to extend the use of the lift or other heavy machinery to guests. This is standard practice for all legitimate and insured rental properties.

Tegan was a wonderfully responsive host. We arrived to an immaculately clean and inviting home where clearly guests’ comfort has been considered in planning the space. Even though the Florida weather was unseasonably cold, we enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful sunsets, and walks along the beach. We loved the food at Coconut Jacks (within walking distance) and The Boathouse. If you’re up for a slight ride but delicious food and live music, check out Doc Ford’s in Ft. Myers Beach. The Yucatán Shrimp is phenomenal! Overall, this home is in a fabulous location for all the best that Southwest Florida has to offer. We hope to be back next year!

Spacious and GREAT location

The ease of walking to and from the beach is fantastic! The home is large and spacious, bright, clean, and has a wonderful view. We enjoyed several dinners on the large deck watching the sunset. Owner is responsive and accommodating.

The house was exactly what was advertised. Tegan is wonderful to work with and had lots of little touches at the house that made the arrival/stay more enjoyable. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Bonita Springs! The location is perfect, with the beach and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The pool is great, and the house has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful throughout our visit. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation!

The property was just as nice in person as in the photos on VRBo website…which often is not the case. The location of the property and proximity to the beach was ideal, and central enough to make days trips up a bit north to the Sanibel/Captiva area, or a bit south to the Naples/Marco Island areas a reality. Tegan was an ideal host, and would recommend the property without reservation

Wonderful Bonita Beach Home

I recently stayed at a VRBO rental with my family and had a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was top of the line and a nice grill on the porch. We enjoyed the The pool, hot tub and several porches were wonderful. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and responded quickly to questions we had during our visit.The location was perfect, allowing easy access to beach and several restaurants while still providing a peaceful retreat. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

What a Retreat!

Our hosts couldn’t have been more hospitable, welcoming or easier to reach. The house is at least as nice as it appears in the photos. The recommendations were spot on and the house was stocked with everything that we needed (wagon, chairs and toys for the beach, towels, etc). We had an incredible time at this beautiful home. Florida vacation

My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. Our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock, as well as all the beach toys. Tegan was an awesome host as an added bonus! She was easy to communicate with and super nice, she handled our questions immediately and had all the good recommendations! We will be back to enjoy some short walks to beach sunsets or our fav coconut jacks!

Exceptional service !

The home was extremely well appointed and well explained in the definition. The games, pool toys, kayaks, paddle boards were only part of the generosity of this home! We’ve stayed at homes that were sparse! They had coffee, condiments, spices, ample everything, which was such a nice change compared to other places. Tegan was lovely and responsive. Location was outstanding and pool was lovely and warm :) ping pong table was a hit! Balcony sunsets were amazing. Would no question stay here again

Perfect Spot!

We had a wonderful week here! Our party included 3 families- 1 set of grandparents, one family of 5 (kids ages 4.5, 2.5, and 5 months), and one family of 3 (kid age 4 months). There was more than enough room for everyone! The property also had everything you could need. We swam in the pool every day, enjoyed using the kayak, ran out of time for ping pong, walked and ran to/on the beach, and even went to the zoo in Naples one day. The house was very clean and everything was in perfect condition. The host was so kind and generous answering any and all last minute questions! I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here if ever in Bonita Beach again!

Location, amenities, spectacular

We loved this house. Three adult couples and one infant. The house is lovely. Well decorated. Great location. A few minutes walk to beach. Right on an estuary. Walk to restaurants. Very nice pool. Great sunset views. Patios galore. All that but best part was the house had all the extras. I mean everything. Kayaks and paddleboards. 5 bikes. Pool and beach toys. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen was also very well equipped, even a waffle iron. I could go on. You will love your vacation in this house.

Lovely location

We (grandparents, children, grandchildren) spent Xmas week at the property. The house was beautifully decorated with two Xmas trees and lights. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with a large center island. The balconies snd eating spaces are delighted. The pool was a big success one we used the overnight blanket to keep it from getting too cool. It is heated but we had some cool nights so this wad needed. The location is excellent for walking to the beach and driving to Lover’s Key. Docs restaurant is a hopping place. My only disappointment was the dock. It was not easy to fish off or launch the kayaks. We did, but it was quite an effort. All in all we would definitely return, especially at a cheaper time.

Wonderful vacation

For me there are multiple factors that go into making a wonderful vacation. First and foremost it’s about the people I’m with, in this case family, that makes time away from everyday life such a pleasure. Next is the destination and thing to do. This is where this beautiful home really shines. It was ideally located close to multiple beautiful beaches/parks (Bonita, Barefoot, Little Hickory Island, Lowdermilk, Clam Pass) yet it was on a quiet street that was home to all sorts of wildlife that we loved just strolling through. From multiple vantage points from the house we saw a Manatee, tiny bunnies, families of ducks, pelicans, fish and the more daring of our party had a memorable dolphin encounter out on the kayak. Crabs, tortoises… even a shark. It was a truly remarkable time in terms of interacting with wildlife. So location, location, location. Plenty of places to eat, shop, workout, stroll… it’s all there. The house itself was perfect and afforded us a wealth of amenities that we took full advantage of from a wonderful pool, well stocked kitchen and plenty of places to eat and hangout plus we could retreat to our well appointed rooms when it was time to recharge for the next day. We loved everything about the home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home while away. Thanks Tegan for making our stay so memorable.

I have rented many properties around the state of Florida. This property is exceptional! I have never had so many amenities and within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The house has paddle boards, kayaks, pool and beach supplies- EVERYTHING you could need to spend time on the water. Tegan is extremely helpful and responds immediately.

Wonderful family vacation!

The house is beautiful! Every detail and feature was thoughtfully laid out. The elevator was a huge asset for loading and unloading groceries, luggage, and came in handy getting the coolers packed in the kitchen and transported downstairs to walk to the beach. The entire family loved using the private pool and jacuzzi and we also enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks that were provided. The property manager, Tegan, went above and beyond in making our trip hassle free and responded promptly to any questions we had. Great vacation home and great service!

House Happy

Our family was delighted with the spacious loveliness of this new home. How marvelous to have state of the art appliances, sparkling ensuite bathrooms, and beautiful balconies. It just makes everything better when a house is so perfect. Loved the elevator for groceries and suitcases. Pool area is marvelous for the long lounging between swims - and the the kayak launch terrific. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, airport and, of course, the beach. House feels quite private on quiet street. Our host, Tegan, accommodated our schedule which is so important when traveling with young ones. The house has a Happy feel for easy living.
