Treasure on the Mountain is a newly updated cozy and warm home base for an unforgettable mountain vacation experience. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms this comfortable condo features an inviting living room an open concept kitchen with seating perfect for APRƈS ski imbibes and delicious intimate group dinners. You will find no better location then this unit at the center of Main Street. The best dining options are a stone's throw away along side high end shopping experiences and enticing night life.

House Rules:

šŸ•“ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time)
Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour.

šŸ‘¤ RESERVATION HOLDER
The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time before or during the stay.

šŸ”‡ NOISE & OCCUPANCY
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Strictly Enforced) per Summit County law and local HOA rules. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number listed in your reservation unless otherwise approved in writing, If the number of guests exceeds the reservation count without written approval, a fee of $85 per unauthorized guest per night may be charged to the primary reservation holder, and APRƈS may cancel your reservation with no qualifying refund.

🚭 SMOKING / VAPING
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside or on property grounds.
A minimum $500 fine applies for any odor, evidence, or damage caused by smoking.

🚫 PARKING & VEHICLES
Street parking is PROHIBITED, unless otherwise noted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Guests are responsible for any towing, HOA fines, or violations related to improper parking. Many neighborhoods are actively monitored by the HOA and private security.

🐾 PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to arrival.
Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee.
Service animals MUST be disclosed to host, PRIOR to arrival per ADA requirements; no additional fees apply to qualified service animals.

šŸ›‹ļø HOME CARE & FURNITURE
Do not move indoor furniture. Damage or repositioning will result in a re-staging or repair fee.
Outdoor furniture may be repositioned but must be returned to original placement before check-out.
Do not hang towels or clothing on railings, decks, or furniture. Use hooks or designated drying racks if available.

šŸŒ”ļø HVAC & ENERGY USE (There is NO Central AC at the unit)
Do not leave windows or doors open while using the heat or air conditioning (if amenity is applicable).
Adjust thermostats no more than 2–3 degrees at a time. Failure to follow this may cause system damage and result in service/repair charges if negligence is determined.

🚽 TOILET USE & PLUMBING
Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials.
Guests will be charged for plumbing services caused by misuse or clogging.

🧺 DAMAGE TO LINENS / TOWELS
Guests will be charged for any damaged or stained items that cannot be restored:
- Duvet Insert: $85
- Duvet cover: $45
- Sheet (fitted, flat, etc): $35
- Pillow: $30
- Pillowcase (pair): $20
- Bath Towel: $20
- Hand Towel/Face Towel: $15
- Washcloth/Hand Towel: $10
- Bath floor-mat: $10
Common issues include: makeup stains, tanning products, pet hair, blood, or bleach damage.

🧼 CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
The home will be professionally cleaned before arrival. If anything is not up to standard, please contact us within the first 24 hours of arrival If we are not notified within the first 24 hours, we will assume the home was received in acceptable condition. Additional cleaning during your stay may be available for an added fee, or mid-stay cleans based on availability with 48-hour advance notice. Excessive mess left at check-out may result in additional cleaning charges.

ā™Øļø HOT TUB / SPA USE (if applicable)
No food, glass, or oils/lotions allowed in hot tubs.
Children under 12 must be supervised.
Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation).
Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities.

šŸ” SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY
Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages.
Cameras are for guest safety, occupancy enforcement, and property protection.
There are no cameras inside the home.

šŸ”‘ LOST KEYCARD & REMOTE
Please note that a $100 replacement fee will be charged for each lost or unreturned keycard and garage remote. This fee covers the cost of reprogramming and replacement to maintain the safety and security of our property.

šŸ—‘ļø TRASH & DISPOSAL
All trash must be bagged and placed in designated outdoor bins.
Bags left outside or on the ground (not in bins) may result in a $85 disposal fee.
If bins are full, please notify us during your stay.

šŸ“¦ MAIL / DELIVERIES
Mailbox access is not available. We do not hold mailbox keys, and we cannot retrieve or forward mail.

āš–ļø LIABILITY & DAMAGE REPORTING POLICY
Guests may be charged for any damage, violation, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are required to report any existing damage or concerns within the first 24 hours of arrival. Failure to do so will imply that the property was received in satisfactory condition, and any unreported issues may be assumed to have occurred during the stay. Guests must report all accidental damage prior to check-out. Unreported damage found after departure may be billed to the primary reservation holder. Management reserves the right to enter the property during emergencies or to resolve urgent issues. Violation of any house rule may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

šŸ“œ LOCAL ORDINANCE & HOA COMPLIANCE
Guests are required to comply with all local ordinances, HOA rules, and community guidelines in addition to these house rules. Violations may result in fines, removal from the property, or legal action.

šŸ“½ļø COMMERCIAL USE & LIABILITY WAIVER
The home may not be used for commercial activities, retreats, photo shoots, or events without prior written approval. Guests agree to hold APRƈS Vacation Homes and the property owner harmless from any claims or liability related to injury, loss, or damages during their stay.

ā„ļø WINTER SAFETY NOTICE
During winter months, guests are advised to use caution on icy walkways, decks, and driveways. Snow and ice may accumulate quickly. APRƈS provides snow removal as needed, but guests assume all risk related to slips and falls due to changing weather conditions. Snow removal will happen once per day, the host is not responsible for excessive snow inconvenience.

🧳 LOST & FOUND
APRƈS Vacation Homes is not responsible for personal items left behind. We will make reasonable efforts to return found items, but shipping costs are the guest's responsibility via a pre-paid label and $45 admin fee.

šŸ’» WIFI & TECHNOLOGY
Internet and smart features (WiFi, smart TVs, streaming services, etc.) are provided as a courtesy and may occasionally experience outages. No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by local service providers or power issues beyond our control.

Treasure Mountain Inn

The location of the property was terrific for downtown Park City. 10 min walk down the hill to the Town Lift and Utah Ski & Golf where we did our rental equipment. The unit was clean, beds comfortable, and den was spacious. Make sure to use the elevator code to get up multiple levels, otherwise it’s a long staircase from Main Street.

Great location, overall great experience.

Great spot to stay with direct access to Main Street. Unit was updated. Only thing I would point out is that it says there's a washer/dryer, but these are common amenities with the rest of the units and not in the actual unit. Hot tub is great and parking convenient. Would 100% book again.

The property and location were great. Unfortunately the property experienced a water and sewer issue the first full day of our stay. We were told not to use too much water and the second day, all water was shutoff. We tried working with the team at Apres Vacation Homes but after two hours and an answer of my manager went home at 5 and can only offer you something for more money. We escalated to VRBO and they moved us to a hotel for the evening, no charge. Don’t rent property from this Apres Vacation Homes, they do not understand how to resolve issues where a property is no longer legal to reside in. Contact VRBO first.

Convenient location

Went with my 2 older kids for a short ski trip. Place was comfortable and had all basic items except no bathsoap - which is a pretty basic requirement. Also there was lipstick on a couple drinking glasses. Other than that the place was as advertised.

The property was ok. Great location.

We stayed a couple nights in June and the apartment was uncomfortably hot. The listing stated that the unit had air conditioning, but it only has 2 portable fans that have a cooling setting. They didn't do much to regulate the temperature. no matter what we did, fans on blast and open windows, it still felt like there was a heater on. Managers were reponsive to questions and offered to have a HVAC tech take a look, but we didn't see anyone come by. Overall, the location and setting were nice, but I was disappointed that the unit didn't have good temperature controls and felt mislead about the air conditioning.

Very nice place! The spacious kitchen and the bathrooms seem newly remodeled. The entryway has lots of hooks and two benches for your ski stuff. The couches and beds are comfy. There are three TVs with cable and DVD players, but none were smart TVs, so we couldn’t watch streaming.The downside to this unit is the lack of an elevator in the building. If you enter on Park Ave, you’ll carry your suitcases down 19 stairs to the room. To get from the room to the Main Street trolley (free town shuttle), you’ll walk down 35 stairs and through the courtyard before you get into the other building, where you can take an elevator down to the ground level (not a fun journey in ski boots!).We loved being near all the shops, restaurants and bars!

Great location but not a premium property

The property is in a great location at the top of Main Street Park City. For a ski trip it means you don’t need to drive anywhere at the end of the day and you have all the options of Main Str for dining and shopping in the evenings. The property itself is in a very old building (Treasure Mountain Inn) that is in need some TLC. While the unit was clean and well equipped, it could also do with some updates - old torn drapes in the master bedroom, some peeling paint etc. While there is access to a washer dryer in the building, it would be convenient to have one in the unit. The old building means every move of your neighbors above is clearly heard in the unit. Bottomline is the premium price is mostly based on location, not a premium property. The unit was clean and functional but we will probably look for other options on our next trip.

This condo is a great condo for a small family. It has everything you need and the location is perfect for a townie who wants to access shops and dining. One minute drive to the mountain.

Great location

Location was super convenient and beds were comfortable. I appreciated unit have enough essentials for our stay (dishwasher soap, TP, paper towels, baggies, Tide, etc.). I didn't like having to walk our trash over to the next building's garage to throw out in the dumpster. Wish there was an elevator so we didn't have to haul our luggage down the stairs. Overall, stay was nice.

Great location!

Great place to stay. Only thing to know before you go is that washer and dryer are not in the unit. There is one set for the whole building down the stairs and down the hall.
