This comfortable, newly built villa has been decorated in a warm and cozy style. It offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the village of Plan de la Tour, the vineyards, and the surrounding hills. Located in a quiet setting, it is nonetheless close to all the amenities available in the village, as well as the many sports and recreational activities offered in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. You’ll fall in love with it—and many guests return!<br><br>The main portion of the villa can accommodate 6–8 people. A studio apartment is also available for 2 people, either as an addition to the main villa or separately if the villa is not rented (but always for a maximum of 8 people), <br><br>The entryway opens onto the dining room and living room, which lead out to the terraces and the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and has access to the terrace.<br><br>On the same level, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a large double bed, has its own shower room with a toilet, as well as a walk-in closet; it overlooks the pool. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has two twin beds. They share a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub/shower. There is also a separate restroom. The bedding is of high quality. The villa features a high-quality Hi-Fi system with indoor and outdoor speakers. Books about the region, as well as DVDs, are available. Of course, Wi-Fi is available, as well as a TV with numerous channels (Orange).<br><br>The separate studio features a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a separate shower room with a sink and toilet. It opens onto a terrace.<br><br>Outside, a pergola-covered terrace allows you to enjoy meals sheltered by the pergola by the pool. It features an electric BBQ. A second terrace is perfect for enjoying an aperitif or taking a nap in the outdoor lounge area. The pool can be heated during the off-season. The gardens surrounding the villa are maintained year-round by a gardener. They are adorned with numerous Mediterranean plant species.<br><br>The villa is protected by an alarm system.<br><br>The village of Plan de la Tour is 800 meters away and accessible on foot, by bike, or by car. The beaches of Sainte-Maxime are also nearby, as are the beautiful villages of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Le Plan de la Tour is ideally located in the heart of this magnificent region, allowing you to avoid traffic jams during peak season. Plus, you’re close to the highway if you’re planning longer trips to Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes, or Aix-en-Provence.

We've just had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful villa in Le Plan de la Tour. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a much needed pool to cool off in during a heatwave week! The views from the villa are great, big skies to watch the sunsets, stars and very dramatic lightning during some big storms that happened during our stay. As a result of one storm the dishwasher stopped working, Pascal (owner) and Berenice (caretaker) were both very quick to help resolve the problem and find a local engineer to fix it. We also had some problems with the aircon in the main bedroom but again Pascal was very helpful and quick to respond. It's just a short (less than 10 min) walk in to the lovely village of Plan de la Tour where there are lots of great restaurants to choose from, the staff were friendly and accommodating of our son's vegetarian diet (not always the case!). The villa is well located for cycling and hiking (our son was invited to join the local running group on Sunday mornings too!) and exploring the other local villages, Gassin, Cogolin and Grimaud were our favourites. We'd definitely recommend a stay here.

Absolutely loved our stay. The Villa is perfect and the location is great. The local town has everything you need and its so easy to drive to other areas.

Beautiful house in quiet place

The house was in a very quiet area just outside thevillage of Plan-de-la-Tour. The house is modern, it was very clean. Rooms are large, wiith a very large living area. Good beds. There is a nice pool area with shade. There is an additional terrace in front of the house with sun in the end of the day. The owner and concierge were both very flexible and helpful. The village itself is nice and green. It has a few small restaurants. The house is 20-25 minutes drive from Nartelle beach, which is one of the quieter beaches between Nice and Marseille, and has enough free parking places, even in a summer weekend. To conclude, excellent house at an excellent location. Recommended.

Stunning holiday home

An absolutely beautiful holiday home! Everything except a couple of things was fantastic. The pool was wonderful and the whole pool area was amazing. Inside, the property had a spacious living area and kitchen, with a utility and all the appliances you needed. The WiFi was good and the parking area and gate was also good. The host, Pascal, and manager, Michelle, were extremely friendly and helpful and very easy to get hold of if needed. The only thing that detracted from our stay was the fact that the only air conditioning units were in the bedroom and not the living area, so to keep the place cool, we had to leave the bedroom unit on and the door open otherwise we would have roasted! The other problem were the stairs, which were not mentioned in the details and we weren’t expecting. My partner is slightly disabled and found the stairs a real problem. I actually thought they were dangerous as there were no handrails at all on any of the three stairs from the parking area into the property. I had thought that the whole property was on the same level and would not have booked it if I’d known about the stairs even though it was wonderful, it was a real problem for us to get in and out so we didn’t go far at all for the fortnight. We were just very glad to be so comfy once we got in. I would really recommend handrails on the utility stairs and the ones to the front door and a complete overhaul of the outside steps up to the pool, which looked like they had been in an earthquake!

Genoten van het verblijf, huis is in het echt ruimer en nog mooier dan op de foto's. Mooie materialen en meubels gebruikt. Prachtige ligging en uitzicht vanop het terras, heel leuk zwembad. Hier en daar een paar kleine zaken die moesten gerepareerd worden en die we gemeld hebben maar die zeker in de toekomst zullen aangepakt worden. Heel tof dorpje met leuke markt op donderdagochtend, te voet bereikbaar mits stevig klimmetje op de terugweg. Port Grimaud en St-Maxime zijn zeker een aanrader om te bezoeken. Er was een dubbele boeking en de host heeft alles in het werk gesteld om dit opgelost te krijgen, waarvoor onze dank. Ook tijdens het verblijf konden we hem steeds bereiken wanneer er zich een probleem voordeed. Airco aanwezig in de slaapkamers maar zou ook welkom zijn in de leefruimte. Dank je wel Pascal dat we een weekje met onze familie van jullie paradijsje mochten genieten. Een aanrader!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt an einem schönen Ort

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in Le Plan-de-la-Tour verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen haben wir den Pool und die Terrasse im Freien sowie die Klimaanlage im Haus sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf das Dorf ist wunderschön, die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Die Kommunikation, sowohl mit dem Eigentümer als auch mit der Dame vor Ort, war angenehm, unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Rund um Perfekt!

Das Haus liegt in einem kleineren süßen Dorf, ca. 20 min von Saint Tropez, auf einer Erhöhung am Ende der Zufahrtsstraße. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt gewesen, da es einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt gab, nah am Strand und nah an größeren Städten war. Wir sind leider 3 Stunden zu spät angekommen, aufgrund des Pfingststaus. Das war aber zum Glück kein Problem für Michele, eine Dame die uns im Auftrag von Pascal vor Ort empfangen hat. Wir waren zu 4. dort, das Haus eignet sich aber ausreichend für mehr Personen. Die Zimmer sind alle ausreichend groß und waren super schön hergerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und eignet sich somit auch für Beschäftigung an regnerischen Tagen. Die Küche hat ein wahnsinnig großes Inventar, es fehlt einem an Nichts. Das Highlight für uns war unteranderem der große amerikanische Kühlschrank, der jederzeit Eiswürfel hergab. Leider haben wir am nächsten Tag entdeckt, dass Küchentücher fehlten. Diese hat uns Michele aber zeitnah vorbei gebracht. Auch das Problem mit dem fehlenden Internet wurde super ernst genommen, es lag aber an einer Störung in der Gegend. Es gab aber zum Glück ein Plan B. Die Sofa Terrasse ist groß und lädt Abends beim Sonnenuntergang ein. Der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe. Dieser war leider zu Beginn etwas verschmutzt, aber wir haben gemerkt, dass schnell mal Dreck hinein geweht wird, wenn es windig wird. Netterweise wurde direkt Bescheid gesagt und der Poolmann kam nach dem Wochenende vorbei und hat alles in Ordnung gebracht. Im Großen und Ganzes war es ein sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub, die Lage, die Ausstattung, der Ausblick und der Service waren ganz große Klasse. Ein Riesen Lob und Dankeschön nochmal an Michelle und Pascal!!
