Imagine a comfortable house in Morvan granite on one level totally independent with a terrace facing a private pond of 5 hectares in a forest of fir trees. Outdoor shelter to protect yourself from the sun or rain and enjoy a panoramic view of the pond.
On site, it is possible to rent a boat and/or a pedal boat:
- Booking two nights: €30 one - €50 for two
- Booking three nights: €40 one - €60 for two
- Four-night reservation: €50 one - €70 for two
- Booking five nights: €60 one - €80 for two
- Booking six nights: €70 one - €90 for two
- Seven-night booking: €80 one - €100 for two
Beyond that for an extra week:
- €40 for one - €60 for two
Wearing personal flotation devices is MANDATORY! Free!
MANDATORY also in case of swimming.

Additional rules:
Suitable for children but with supervision due to the pond.
Towels can be provided with an extra charge of €5 per person per week.
In case of damage due to animals, the owner of the animal will be obliged to pay the damage to the host
Party forbidden under penalty of a fine of 1000 €
Non-smoking accommodation. Fine of €800 in case of non-compliance
€800 fine in case of unsanitary housing
In case of non-compliance with the arrival times, €20 will be charged if the reservation is maintained
In case of non-compliance with the departure times, an additional night will be charged
