Large Cozy three-bedroom home in town of Chipley, listed on “other” sites with more competitive pricing, this home is very convenient to Walmart ,restaurants, shopping, kayaking and only 45 minutes from the ocean. CVS IS NEXT DOOR. This home has a fire pit in the secluded backyard a screened in front porch. It’s only a walk to downtown.

This is a non smoking home, with laundry available, full kitchen. 1 bath only. Shaded yard with plenty room to play or relax. Owners are flexible people so don’t be shy if you have a question. No WiFi early and late check-in are available upon request in most situations, for a small fee.

This is a 3 bedroom home I Rent out in different ways. This is the 3 bedroom option As 1 bedroom it’s $20 less a nite and 2 bedrooms is $10 less a nite. I completely lock off other bedrooms, the home is rented to one guest and there registered guests at a time. Items like tupperware, towels, sizers, cups, pillows, blankets etc. etc. etc. are for use at the home ONLY and should not be taken. The extras I try place at the home for quests convenience should not be walking away. If your one of the people that says it just 1 tupperware dish, or it’s just 1 towel, this is NOT the home for you. This is a 500% NON SMOKING property. If your a smoker, look elsewhere. There is a $500 fine VERY STRICKLY ENFORCED for SMOKING at this PROPERTY. THIS Includes the whole property.

For all the people wanting a nice place to stay and follow the rules, I have been “airbnbing” this home for over a year, wish super-host status for over a year. We stay back to back booked. This is a wonderful old home with 2 small steps to enter the home. We are pet friendly, with pet doors, but there is a $20 fee please read the pet section, as pets are not allowed on the furniture beds included or there will be an additional fee as pet hair does not come out of the laundry with one wash. The kitchen has every thing you could need to cook your own food. Home as games for kids, and a overall family feel. We only have 1 bathroom, so that’s a big lack, on a family trip where several need to be getting ready, but we share a fence line with CVS so the convenience of anything you could’ve of forgotten. Is just steps around the fence. Which can save a lot of valuable vacation time. This roomy home has great reviews, Spread out on different websites also.
