World-famous Naples beaches are steps away from this renovated 2BR/2BA condo on the third floor of a private gated community with gorgeous water views. Vanderbilt Beach, the renowned Ritz Carlton, and upscale shopping and dining are minutes away.

From the moment you walk in the door, you'll feel like you're in Florida paradise with our coastal decor, modern furnishings, and thoughtful amenities. Relax on the screened balcony overlooking beautiful Vanderbilt Lagoon or enjoy the community's private heated pool and spa with more water views.

The family room features an oversized television with Apple TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is also equipped with a large Smart TV. High-speed wireless internet and live television with over 85 channels is included. USB chargers are conveniently placed throughout the living area and bedrooms.

Our fully-equipped kitchen will make it a pleasure to cook at home, or you can try out nearby restaurants frequented by Naples locals. You'll love the shopping, dining, and coastal atmosphere of nearby Pavillion and Mercato - and we are just a short drive to world-class Naples 5th Avenue.

This condo features its own assigned covered parking spot right next to the elevator. There are also beach chairs, pool towels, and a beach umbrella for guest use. Bringing the family? We also keep beach toys and board games at the condo for your enjoyment.

We care about your health and have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures. The condo features keyless entry, so in-person contact and exchange of keys is unnecessary. A Dyson HEPA Air Purifier provides powerful circulation of cleaned air.

Excellent Place with an excellent location

Super nice apartment with an awesome location. 4 min walk to the beach. Extremely clean and comfortable. The owner Janine was kind and informative even before our arrival. I will recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to have a nice and relax beach vacation.

A block from Vanderbilt beach. Restaurants within walking distance. So clean and bright! I would choose to stay here again!

Don't have to drive to the beach.

It's a 1/4 mile from condo door to feet in the water. So easy to get up and walk on the beach at sunrise, go to the beach during the day, nap and freshen up for awesome sunsets. Very short walks on the beach to Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz, or the other direction for Turtle Club or LaPlaya. Plenty of places to walk/bike off the beach as well. Excellent location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The condo has all the necessary items for a long stay, comfy beds, washer/dryer and all appliances worked as expected. Communications with the owner was prompt, directions very clear and very responsive to questions or any issue that could arise.

A beautiful gem located at a perfect spot!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Janine's Naples / Vanderbilt vacation home. The appartment was perfect for our needs. The home is well maintained, and fully equipped. Very comfortable beds! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Besides that, the tv service is great, and the WiFi is strong. Also the appartment is waterfront, and the views are great from the patio. There is a nice pool on location, and the kids enyoyed it very much. There is also a small pier/dock next to the pool with seats provided to enjoy the waterfront views/ catch some fish. The location is where it really shines. Located just steps away from Vanderbilt beach. Shoppes/ Wallmart supercenter are closeby. In addition, there are multiple great spots within a short drive; community parks, Naples Zoo, Naples Botanic gardens, Naples Pier, Tin City, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, etc. I also very much enjoyed fishing from the docks. Caught some nice ones!All in all, a perfect location for a diverse set of activities. Janine was the perfect host; we arrived late, and she helped us get settled right away. The effort was beyond what we could have asked for. Very much appreciated! Any other questions during our stay were anwsered quickly. An absolute top-host!

Owner was very responsive. Unfortunately there was construction going on while we were there. I’m sure that won’t be an issue next year. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped

5 weeks was too short

My husband and I were joined by our kids and grandkids over the course of our stay. We all enjoyed the pool and the 2 blocks to the beach. The other people in the BP community were very friendly to us and the kids when they were visiting. Janine was always available to us and she provided a unit that was very clean and fully stocked. We hope to return in the future. Pat & Bill

Nice location and condo

The condo was clean and in a good location for accessing the beach and it suited our purposes as a place to stay while visiting family in the area. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. The only negatives were that the gate to access the parking was malfunctioning and the alarm kept going off continuously and it would have been nice to have beach towels, more bath towels and better beach chairs. Otherwise, it was very nice!

Great location and amenities

We enjoyed our stay here. The area has so much to offer and the condo is roomy snd and stocked with everything you will need. The pool is nice and walking to Vanderbilt Beach cannot be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for beach vacation

Great location especially if looking for a beach vacation with close proximity to some great restaurants. Owners were very responsive to our questions and even stopped by to help with a tv issue. Appointed with everything we needed. We stayed for a month and took advantage of nightly beach sunsets! If any improvements could be made I would suggest fresh paint and improved mattress in master bedroom. I would stay again.

Perfect spot for a beach vacation

We had zero experience with the Naples area and completely lucked out when we booked this condo! It the ideal location. Quiet mornings and nights overlooking the intercoastal. Less than a 5 minute (easy and fun) walk to Vanderbilt Beach... which turned out to be our favorite of the 5 beaches we visited. Hopping little beach bar on your walk down. Neighborhood is safe, fun and upscale. Condo is clean, WELL- STOCKED and so cute! Updated perfectly for a cozy beach condo. Janine thought of everything... even a cooler & ice packs. The Keurig was icing on the cake. Pots, pans, strainers, knife set... GREAT! Pool & spa overlooking the intercoastal was relaxing and a real treat. We found so many things to do locally. A few of our favorites: DaRuMa for sushi, Children's Museum, Sandbar restaurant in Captiva, Turner Beach in Sanibel, Naples Pier, Pinchers @ Tin City, Corey Billy's Airboats, Edison Winter home, Fit & Fuel Cafe and Skillets (they'll deliver your breakfast!) If your going to Naples and want access to everything with the comforts of home... you found it!

My earliest memory of Naples is vacationing in an apartment - that you can see from our kitchen window - steps away from Vanderbilt Beach.
