This condo is our family's 'Happy Place.'. You will find the amenities excellent. Our condo is decorated light and airy. The appliances, beds, and furniture are all less then 5 years old. The prior remodel was 9 yrs ago, and the unit remains in great shape and is kept immaculately clean at all times. The property is perfect for families who need a getaway. The amenities are ideal for families with children.

The space
Once you are at Tropical Hideaway you will not want to leave! You will find the kitchen well stocked with all the basics you need. Included are pots, pans, stemware, toaster, coffee maker and coffee, crockpot, blender, griddle, and air popcorn maker. There are laundry facilities on the property are coin operated, so please bring laundry detergent and softener. The best grocery shopping is at HEB in Marbles Falls - a new huge facility that offers curb side pickup for orders placed online.

Host was very responsive and provided a list of pertinent information. Very clean. Lots of toys for the kids but we spent most of our time at the pool and beach. Awesome fire pit for s’mores and kids burning sticks and wrappers. Fishing was fun but we didn’t catch anything. We’ll probably go back.

Great place on the lake with plenty of beds for a larger group. Comfortable and convenient. Easy check in/ out. Good water pressure in shower.

Memorial Weekend Paradise

First & Foremost, the hosts were exquisite! Extremely kind & answered our million questions promptly! There is 1 vehicle spot labeled with the unit number for use during stay. Any other vehicles will park in spaces in circular area before unit bldg. Unit is on the 2nd floor, so you will definitely get your steps in if you dont bring a golf cart. Unit is immaculately clean & perfect for a family vacation. Rules & info are located in a binder provided. The local residents are also helpful with any additional questions. They keep the grounds of the condo's manecured to perfection. The unit overlooks the big pool, the beach area, the playground/game area, the grill area, & has a huge shade tree for privacy. All of the other guests & residents were so kind & helpful it really made our time there memorable. Everyone there was so willing to lend a helping hand, smile, or wave! Beach & pool towels are provided in unit, as well as toys for younger guests. The King bedroom & the living room TV's both have access to shows/apps for watching. The Queen bedroom doesn't have show access. It is primarily used as a monitor for a gaming console. Both bedrooms have a trundle bed & their own private bathrooms. Kitchens are equipped with practically everything you'd need besides food. For example: spices, pots/pans, kitchen gadgets, plates, cups, silverware, some condiments & drinks, etc... If you have the "Favor" app they deliver to the location of the unit. Loved it! Will be back! Thanks again!

Great rental

This is our third time to stay here, and we absolutely love it. It is one block from family, so the location is perfect too. Tracy is very responsive! We will be back.

A real treat

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was nice, clean, and comfortable. It pretty much had everything you need. The outdoors beach front lake enterance was gorgeous and once you are in the water, it is hard to get out. We had several family members rent different condos and we had a wonderful time. The only negative comment would be that the trash by the lake needed to be taken out and cleaned up before every 2 days. Aviuve everything else, loved it amd thanks for letting us stay.

Fantastic Place with fabulous view of the lake!

We had the best stay here! The location was great. We enjoyed the pool and lake that were right beside this location. It was perfectly stocked with everything you needed and more. There were only 3 of us girlfriends for this trip that hadn’t seen each other for over 20 years. There is no doubt that there couldn’t have been a more perfect place to reconnect. We never left the property and will be back for a reunion every year.

Great property.

We stayed here last year, and liked it just as much this year. We love the extra trundle bed that was added. The entrance was a muddy mess, but the owners could not do anything about that. They are building new homes in the area so lots of construction. It will be better soon.

Third time's a charm

Three of my best friends and I love easy getaways from Round Rock. This condo has become our go to. It's fully equipped with everything you could need. Unlike other places, they keep stuff in the fridge and coffee so if you forget something, it's likely there. We also leave stuff for the next people. The beds are comfy. The sandy beach and pool are amazing. They've added another bed so if we wanted more friends, we could bring them. Last year. We couldn't watch the UT football game but this year no problem! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your place again! Our only sadness was the huge houses going up that took away the openness of the pool and beach area. Not Tracy's fault at all. Her condo and balcony are excellent. We will be back.

Great location, quiet

Condo is exactly as described, great location and beach area is perfect and quiet. Currently there is a lot of construction going on in the immediate area causing a lot of dust. Will definitely return once that is completed (I would assume by January)

Love our time at the lake!

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back! Definitely our favorite place to stay on Lake LBJ! We wouldn't stay anywhere else. The pool and beach entry to the lake plus the view from the condo make the experience so wonderful!

Great Place

Your Condo was beautiful and at a prime location for us. It was exactly what we were looking for, it was quiet and relaxing. I'm sure once the parking gets figured out it won't be such a pain to park and walk to the condo. My girlfriend and I both agree, we would definitely rent it again. Thanks for having us.

This place met all of our needs!

We are a family of five, and we stayed here while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. Since we were visiting family, we didn’t need to use the kitchen at the condo, but it appeared to have everything a family or person would need to enjoy meals there. The place was very clean and well-stocked, communication with the owners was great, and we felt very comfortable. The trundle bed in the second room helped make that room a “kid room” for our stay. Each kid had their own space, which was nice. I’d recommend this place, and we hope to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Thank you!

Second time here and we'll be back!!

First ladies trip was in May. We just had another fabulous visit. This condo is beautifully equipped. The decor is lovely. Tracy responds quickly to any questions. The sandy beach kept us very happy and the pool was clean, refreshing and welcoming. Can't wait for the next trip! Thank you for letting us make this our new spot.

Perfect beach spot!!

This property was more than perfect. The home was warm & inviting & had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. We were thrilled when we saw the blender. 😉 The beach was clean with plenty of seating & umbrellas. The pool was sparkling blue & such a great size. This condo is perfect for families or a weekend away with your girlfriends.

Girls trip

This was an awesome condo very clean and easy access to get in the lake. This unit was very close to pool and lake. The condo is as good as the pictures. We didn’t go anywhere else in town because we enjoyed the pool and lake so much. Will return😊

Perfect!

My family and I had such a great extended weekend. The check in process was so easy! The condo is so cute, clean, and had everything we needed. We didn't explore the resort much because we brought our boat and were on the lake most of the time. The property has a dock that your boat can tie up to....just a warning and no fault of these condo owners....the dock is broken on the front side. We didn't know this and came out the next morning to find that the side of our boat is scratched and dented heavily and will need body work. Otherwise, we had a great time and would stay here again!!!

Perfect Getaway

If you need a place that has the views amd access to LBJ Lake, come here. This condo was gorgeous. It has everything you need. The place was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The amenities, pool, Lake, fire pit, grill, deer, volleyball, and beach chairs were awesome. We have been coming to these condos for years. Loved this condo the best. It was super close to the water. Will definately be back again.
