Spacious North Georgia Mountain getaway in the Bent Tree community

Our beautiful mountain home located in North Georgia is just the place for you and your family/friends to have fun and relax! You'll enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings as you sit in a rocking chair or on a porch swing on one of two large, covered decks that overlook the wooded mountain side. Or perhaps you'll just sit outside at the table to drink a cup of coffee while watching for deer, wild turkeys, or even an occasional black bear.

The house is spacious enough to accommodate a large crowd. Whether you use it for a family gathering, a 'Girls Weekend', or to reunite with your old college friends there is plenty of room! There is sleeping space for 10 and, as we've done in the past, you can always throw some sleeping bags on the floor for the little ones! The kitchen table seats 4 and the dining room table seats up to 12 (it's also a great place for games and puzzles!). There is a nice sized family room upstairs and a large playroom downstairs - both with cable TV. The family room, dining room, and kitchen have an open floor plan.

If you wish to get out, the Bent Tree Community has many things to offer.
These activities listed are fee based. 18 hole championship golf, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, stables and horseback riding, 2 pools and an onsite restaurant. The pools are unfortunately closed to outside guests due to Covid - 19.
The recreation area on the lake has a sandy beach, beach volleyball, a basketball court, a playground, a large grassy field, grills and picnic tables which are free to all . The lake also offers fishing. All of this is within a couple of miles from the house.

Our home is located in Jasper, Georgia where there are many area interests. Restaurants and stores are only a 15 minute drive away. The Georgia Marble Festival takes place in Jasper the first full weekend in October. Ellijay, Georgia is a 30 minute drive north and is the host to the Georgia Apple Festival in mid-October. To the east you'll find Dawsonville, Georgia - home of the North Georgia Premium Outlets. There are also many area hiking trails, state parks, and historic sites.

We were staying in the area for our daughter's wedding and needed enough room for family members. The house was spacious with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all well stocked. I had several questions for the owners leading up to our stay and they always answered quickly and graciously. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and would love to stay there again!

Great 4th of July stay

House was great for families with small children. Bent Tree offers great faculties with pool beach playground and golf.

Relaxing Getaway

What an AMAZING place to stay. The location was perfect and the community of Bent Tree is wonderful. It was the perfect way to relax with the girls.

Our Host was accommodating to an early check-in as we thought a 5p check-in was not feasible for our family arrival, so we appreciated that! The home was very spacious which allowed a bed for everyone and a downstairs for the grandkids to play in. I cooked most meals for the week and thought the Kitchen was well equipped, except I’d change the frying pans out for better quality. My only real negative for this home was the furniture in the main living room and downstairs …. When you see a loveseat with a sheet over it you know it’s probably dirty and it sure was, including the red ottoman. The main furniture was uncomfortable and hard for us to get out of as we sank in every chair and couch….might be time for arefresh as one can tell this furniture has been well used.

We had a wonderful time in this wonderful house! It didn't seem to bother anyone that it rained ALL weekend! There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids thought they had visited heaven with all the fun toys! Thank you so much again for such a wonderful weekend!!!

Lovely House in the Mountains

This is a very nice property with lot's of room for an extended family. Well appointed lot's of room for social gathering. I would re-book this property in the future. You should in considering it, though, that it is in a gated community halfway up a mountain. So, make sure to review the access procedures to the community and leave yourself lots of time to get places.

Lovely Time!

The photos don't do this property justice. It is beautiful! We wish there had been better walking paths, but we get that that's difficult to do on the side of a mountain. This definitely is in the woods, and the bugs are aware of that - Just something to prepare for going into it. The owners were quickly communicative. We enjoyed our stay!

Just as advertised

Great weekend in the mountains. This house was just as advertised. It was very clean and the owners were excellent to work with. The house has many beds which was great for our group. The location is close to the front gate which can be a positive in mountain communities. Our group was also able to play golf on the private Bent Tree course. The club pro was very accommodating. I would return to this house.

Beautiful neighborhood

We were disappointed in our stay. Our sheets were stained, extremely dusty. You can tell carpets haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Allergies were going crazy. I unfortunately would not stay in this same house again. You are basically spending all this money for space. Be prepared to bring your own sheets and things you need and clean when you get there so you can feel comfortable. Stay away from the first floor and avoid the carpets completely.

Beautiful!

My out of town family stayed here for my daughter's wedding. It's a beautiful property with stunning views. There's plenty of room inside for everyone! My family said the beds were very comfortable and that they slept better than even at home. Highly recommend!

BentTree Pre-Stay Hassles

Over all the property was good and and has nice views. The water was not on when we arrived, but all else was fine. The pre check in process was totally unnecessary, and a hassle for our guests. Bent Tree HOA needs to chill on rental folks, but we get it, it's a hassle having all these unknown people coming into you private community.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family stayed a long weekend at this cabin so we could attend my nephews wedding. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and it was easy to get in and out of the property. Quiet neighborhood in a gated community. I would 100% recommend staying at this cabin.

Excellent Jasper stay!

We rented this property for family to stay during our daughter’s wedding weekend. It was perfect for a large crowd - the bedrooms were great and house was super clean. It was really a perfect stay!

Great Experience!!

First concern is always cleanliness. The home was perfect. I even did white glove. The home is open and airy with plenty of room for guests. Unfortunately my niece could not visit this year. But excited for next year. We are big golfers and the facility was perfect. The staff was so accommodating, made the process so easy. Course was challenging and in great shape. We did the seafood buffet at the 19th hole and it was very good. Nice little spot for lunch or dinner. Did not get to Sunday brunch but sounds delic!! The owners were so accommodating, made our stay even more perfect!

Cozy, Comfy, and Spacious.

There was a slight delay entering the main entrance due to a miscommunication between host and the gate. For the most part, the house was clean, spacious, and comfy. On the opposite end, there wasn't proper pans for cooking, the decks had not been cleaned off, and in the down stairs area, the bed in living area is in need of repairs, and the furniture and towels in the bathrooms has seen better days. Over all our stay was great because the house wasn't the focus, but our time together. I notified the host.

Hi, we're Robert and Anne Manarin. We live about an hour from Bent Tree with our two children and our Carolina Dog.

When we began looking for a vacation get-away, we wanted a place where there would be activities within the community to enjoy. At Bent Tree we can spend the day at the beach/lake, we can hike, we can go to the pool, we can go horseback riding, etc. all while staying in the community. If we decide to venture out there are many fun things to do just a short drive away.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We bought in Bent Tree 13 years ago because we wanted a place to create memories with our friends and family. One of the most appealing characteristics of our house when we bought it was the fact that we would have room for all of our guests under one roof. Whether we're playing games around the table, sitting on the porch looking over the mountain, or watching football in the family room, we can all stay together. We've had the pleasure of having extended family gatherings, high school and college 'mini' reunions, and even a Girl Scout retreat at our home!
