"Just Breathe" is your destination for relaxing and sunning on the wrap around deck; enjoying the beach within a short stroll from the house; fishing; and building priceless family memories. Beautiful 4 bedroom with 2 separate King Suites and 2 Bunkrooms with baths built in 2017 with interior custom touches and cargo lift. "Just Breathe" is set up perfectly for 2 families; with 2 King Size bed masters and 2 bunk rooms and 4 bathrooms. Private community far enough away for privacy but close enough to town for fun activities!

Truely Spectacular

If we could have stayed longer, we would have. Beautiful house inside and out. The set up was perfect for two families. If we come back, we would love to stay here again. Far enough from the beach that the fireworks didn't bother anyone with being able to sleep. Close enough to enjoy the short walk to the beach at anytime! Quickly responsive hosts. Thank you again for sharing your beach house with us!

Perfect beach vacation home!

I have been renting beach houses in Galveston and the surrounding area with my three sisters every summer for almost 20 years. This beach house is by far above and beyond everything I measure in a great place to stay! It is so clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, excellent air conditioning and dehumidification, very easy access to the beach and just everything you could want in a relaxing vacation. What you see when viewing the photographs is absolutely what you get! This house will definitely be on repeat for myself and my sisters as well as when I beach vacation with my daughters and grandchildren. Thank you so much for the host of this home for offering such a perfect place to enjoy time off and the beauty of the beach!

Beautiful house

My name is Mike, I financed the rental for my family stay. We come to San Luis pass every year for a fun family trip. The house was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay,. The drawback to this trip and property is I was blamed for a pipe that was broken ( which I don’t believe I broke) and was charged on my cc a ridiculous amount of money. Also the neighbor the lives on the north side is a sort of “peeping Tom”, always watching our house and even photographs were taken and just a very rude person. We will return to San Luis pass but never again to this property. Very disappointed after speaking to the owners .

Mike, we are glad that the home was perfect for you. We take great pride in providing a relaxing atmosphere for families to get away from it all. As we explained when we spoke, the neighbor only took pictures because your ATV was driven through her yard leaving tracks, that also went over our aerobic system causing the damage. Retaining a portion of the deposit is something renters and owners wish would never occur; but it is a rarely used remedy necessary to keep the home perfect for others.

Time of our lives!

Perfection. The property had everything we needed. There was lots of space, and with 4 bathrooms it was so comfortable for 4 generations of family to stay, from 2 months old to 84 years old! Plan to come back and stay at this home! We were steps from the beach, an ocean view from the wrap around porch every where you looked and the elevator lift made unpacking and packing so effortless. Plenty of accommodations for several family members with poor ambulation and back and knee problems. Everything on one level! Lots of pots and pans made cooking in the home so convenient and saved us so much money! 3 bathtubs made bathing the little ones so easy and the outdoor ground floor shower was ideal after a day on the beach! The furniture on the porch, 3 rockers, outdoor table and chairs and sunning lounge chairs were all comfortable and gave everyone a chance to enjoy the view, reminisce, play games, grab some rays and is where we spent our mornings and evenings. All the rooms had tvs for our evening leisure and settling in time for the kids. The railing on the wraparound decks was high enough for safety without obstructing our view. The dining room table was plenty big and allowed for all of us to share a meal. Really appreciated the washer and dryer as well. The laundry room had detergent, all bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were ample linens, throw pillows and lap blankets to keep everyone comfortable. Simply put we loved the home and will go often!

Perfect week away

The pictures really don’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful! The layout truly maximizes the space. We had a wonderful time with our 9 kids - ages 6-20. We walked to the beach everyday set up and walked back and forth for meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, we are all meals there and bought food on the way to the house. There is no reason to leave, the beach is Well kept and not crowded. We enjoyed the sunsets on the back balcony. We’d definitely stay here again! All my questions were answered promptly. Thanks for hosting our family!

The name of the house speaks for the experience.

This is the second time to stay in this beautiful home. The beach is a short walk and the views from the house are amazing. It is a quiet neighborhood and very family oriented, the same goes for the beach area. The hosts are amazing and very quick to respond. We will for sure be back again.

Like most families, life is crazy busy. We sought a place where we could relax, enjoy the beach, and just breathe. We find all of this in this beach house and more. The refreshing breezes, relaxing views, and slow pace allow our family to reconnect. Walks on the beach, listening to the seagulls and hearing the waves crash against the shore add for a peaceful escape from a hectic life.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

A short walk to the beach, our single level home is thoughtfully designed for dual family vacations. There are two master bedrooms and two bunk rooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bunk room sleeps 5. There is a wrap around deck allowing for multiple views. There is a full size washer and dryer off the hallway. The house has a lift that allows for up to 500 pounds. It easily transports your luggage items and even allows our older parents safe access to the home without managing stairs. The house is located in a private community which has the incidental benefit of limiting beach goers on that end of the beach. The community provides golf cart access and local area dealers will rent carts.
