This second-floor walk-up features a fully stocked kitchen, a master bedroom with queen-sized bed and 2 walk-in closets, and adjoining 4-piece bathroom. The den features a twin bed with a trundle, making our property the perfect affordable vacation for families. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, complete with supplies.

The property is perfect for couples, small groups and people travelling with children.

Trains are a factor of life in all Canadian mountain towns. From the very beginning Canmore was built around the train line, including 90% of the local hotels and condos in town, which means that this property is along a train line, however, it is very well insulated against sound. Bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the train line and the train should not disturb even the lightest of sleepers. Watching the trains go past is actually quite fascinating and not just for the train buffs! Please read our guest reviews for previous insight.

We enjoyed staying here because of the great view from the balcony and the walk ability to the shops and restaurants in downtown Canmore. We had no trouble getting from a place to place and it was a nice drive to all the great hikes and nature features that we were interested in doing. if you are not accustomed to colder weather will you would recommend bringing a blanket of your own just because we weren’t able to ask for more easily, but otherwise we had a ample kitchen and space for our stay. One thing that we did not realize from the posting is you are essentially in a strip mall so folks will try to come in your door lol. We were thankful to have the windows shadowed so no one could look up the stairwell.

Superb management team at Rockies rentals

We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to your team for a fantastic stay at 2B Summit Place. The accommodation was perfect, the supplies available were very unexpected (though wish we had found the bear spray at the beginning of the holiday rather than the last day! ) The location was superb and convenient for amenities and we also loved the train. However it was the communication that was outstanding from your team. You kept us updated at all times and helped us when needed. The comical responses were enjoyed and made it all less formal and more approachable. A wonderful experience for me and my family and one we will cherish forever.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! We have a 4year old and 2year old and this space was perfect for them. You can not hear the train at all from the bedrooms and honestly it added a great deal to our stay. Our children absolutely LOVED seeing the train go by each day. At one point the AC was not working properly and we were out in the mountains and they did try to notify us but we didnt have service they literally took care of everything. We came back and they had fans everywhere going and that night we just slept with the windows open and the temp was perfect. They were so helpful and quick to get it fixed. We loved this space and they had everything we needed! We would absolutely book this space again for our next visit!

Hosts checked in and were available anytime. Everything was as advertised. Location was great. Bit loud beside the train tracks but the bedrooms were ok for soundproofing. Excellent value for money.

Unforgettable View

What a wonderful place! Stayed here for 2 nights with my parent & my wife and everyone was beyond pleasant & very convenient. The view from the back patio is to be remembered for life! Looking forward to coming back.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Mountain Views

Great apartment for a family getaway to the Rockies. Spacious and well equipped. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the views of Three Sisters peaks as well as spotting the trains passing by.

Perfect accommodation for family of 4, we enjoyed the view of the mountain. Its convenient with all the restaurants besides it and close to all convenient stores. Huge kitchen and perfect living room for family bonding! Overall we are satisfied. We will definitely try again other properties of Rockies Rentals

We enjoyed our stay at Charla's very much. The living area has incredible view and great balcony with a bbq. Excellent location right behind a Save on Food and Safeway, lots of restaurants and an Asian convenient store right downstair. Would stay here again next time we travel to Banff.

Good location. Canmore is a good starting location to access all the National Parks in the area and you can get there quickly from Calgary. The apartment was within easy walking distance of downtown as well. The apartment amenities worked great for us and it was an amazing view of the mountains outside the windows. We enjoyed our stay in Canmore.
