Cozy split level 2 bedroom cottage, perfectly located near Trolly stop, with private hot tub, charcoal grill, washer and dryer, and access to pool. Restaurants are located within minutes. Comes with breakfast including homemade quiche, muffins, banana bread, hot and cold cereals, waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, etc. Great location in town tucked away in a private wooded setting. Set on the deck and watch deer walk within 20 feet of you. Come see for yourself!!

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Eureka Springs. The hot tub is a hit. Very peaceful and private. This was our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway! The cottage was cute and clean, the hot tub was nice and warm and the breakfast at the hotel was so delicious!! I would highly recommend and definitely book again!

A beautiful garden and breathtaking views greeted us. Everything, from the host to the hot tub and breakfast, was perfect. The view during breakfast was stunning as well. Thanks for everything, we will be back!!!

Descent 2 bedroom cottage behind the Quality Inn. It is a bit dated but fine. AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. It was relatively clean, a few bugs here and there but nothing major. The hot tub was nice and very private. I think the misleading part was that the pool is actually the Quality Inn pool. The buffet is actually at the Quality Inn and not good at all. Location was good and easy access around town. Would recommend a bug zapper or mosquito repellent so folks can enjoy outdoors more in the summer.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay. Our cottage is just as depicted in the pictures online including the bathroom which was recently remodeled. We are happy to hear that it was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the ac worked well. We are on regularly scheduled pest control but try as we might being we are located in the Ozark mountains from time to time a bug may make their way in. We do also own the Quality in which is the property that adjoins this rental. Because of this the added amenities of the pool area and free breakfast are added to this rental as an extra bonus. We hope to see you again and thank you for the 4 out of 5 star review. Have a great day.

The property was beautiful, the house was clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. The hot tub was very relaxing. The only compliment I would have is I wish there had been more dishes to like heat stuff up and a bigger microwave.

The Garden Cottage is a convenient, nice sized, place, situated near the main road in Eureka Springs. Located on the property of the Quality Inn with access to their morning breakfast located a short walk through beautifully kept gardens. The hot tub is right outside the door and ready for use any time. There are steps as the cottage is modular and on a hillside. The bedrooms are on either end with a living room and partial kitchen between. The bathroom is nice but on the kitchen level , so not as easy to get to if in the lower bedroom. The kitchen does have a microwave and a convection oven, but no place to sit to eat. There is a table and four chairs on the patio with the hot tub, and it is covered. We chose not to use the hotel pool. We had breakfast one morning. It was okay and typical of hotel breakfasts, and it was a convenient option. We would stay here again. We are all in our seventies.

We loved our stay- it was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. The house was great, but we really loved the hot tub. It was very clean and stayed hot the whole time!

Such a cute place with tons of room. Slept like a baby every night. The hottub cover did not fit and was hard for two ladies to handle putting on/taking off. We will be back though!

I actually have a thing that hooks up to hot tub cover and lifts it off, but I don’t have enough room to put it around the side of the hot tub, I’m glad you reminded me that I need to get something to get that off easy. I’m so sorry you ladies had trouble with it.

The gravy was pretty good and the free warm breakfast was appreciated. Hot tub was lovely after a day of shopping and walking around eureka.
