The Mediterranean property was completely renovated in 2010 and brought to a comfortable stand inside and out.
Access to the property with parking for 1 car is via an electric sliding gate with radio remote control.
The entire area is designed so that the outdoor area forms your second living room.
The center of the garden is the salt water pool (not chlorinated) with 8 m by 4 m. The boarding depth is 1 m and drops continuously down to 1.60 m (ideal for children and non-swimmers).
