WE HAVE 2 TOWNHOUSES FOR RENT SIDE BY SIDE! WINTER SALE! From JANUARY 1st thru MARCH 30TH, 2024. Stay 7 nights and 8th Night is free!!!This upscale gated complex townhouse with central A/C has a relaxed private ambiance and is a much better tranquil get-a-way from a crowded hotel with taxes.

We are located less than a mile from Baha Mar Resort Hotels--the Grand Hyatt and SLS Hotel--and Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with par 72 and hole course.



Upstairs has 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms, a balcony--ideal for outdoor meals, romantic sunset/sunrise views or observe stars. Downstairs has a cozy living room-equipped with a sofa bed & TV,dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, half bath and laundry room. We offer: complimentary transport to and from airport, a major supermarket, DVD library, free calls to UK, US and Canada, Wireless Internet, free local calls. Worship at a Seventh Day Adventist or Sunday Church. We are just right for the nature lover--nestled in lush gardens in the front and rear


The Garden: We are conveniently located less than a mile from Melia Nassau Beach Resort and Breezes Hotel.

Just step outside the Townhouse and explore within our secure gated grounds various seasonal trees bearing organically grown fruit. Bask in nature and enjoy organic sun ripened gifts: bananas, pigeon plums, papaya, avocado, sugar apples, noni, aloe vera, passion fruit, coconuts, red and black mulberries…all complimentary. Sample whatever is in season. Yes, we aim to please!

Fish, Ponds and Birds: The children will absolutely love feeding (with supervision) the on site birds and fish. There is also a park at the nearby Goodman's Bay Beach/Cable Beach where they can play in the swings and enjoy a wholesome cultural interaction with Bahamian children their age.

Flowers: We have a splendid array of flowers, plants and orchids. Take a stroll around the property and you will see tropical birds, , a vast variety of native flowers, plants and fruit trees and a small organic seasonal vegetable garden. Sample whatever is in season. Then step into a modern charming and exquisite Bahamian neighborhood. All of the homes have their individual design and charm. We are located just 1 minute away from the former Prime Minister’s residence and from the current Prime Minister’s Office!

Listing Needs To Be Updated

There is no complimentary driver from the airport. We found out we have to pay him during our ride. It used to be complimentary a couple years ago, but isn't anymore, he said. Also there is no phone. There used to be one a couple years ago, but it was removed. The place was fairly clean, but was not maintained as well as in the pictures. The pictures are clearly from years ago. The listing needs to be updated. We were disappointed as it didn't quite meet the expectations it set up. However that said, it is a lovely quiet place in a great location.

This property was perfect for my husband and I and our adult son, with two bedrooms, each with an en suite - one with a tub and one with a shower. The kitchen was so handy for eating at home. Restaurants are so expensive. We had a rental car and enjoyed activities like scuba and deep sea fishing so we didn't need a pool and we went to the public beach on Paradise Island for parasailing. The host was so helpful. We would stay their again.

Julie is a wonderful host

We found fresh fruit from the gardens on our front porch several times. The central location is easy striking distance from Arawak key, Bahamar casino and the airport. Julie was also very accommodating when our flight home was cancelled causing an extended stay.

Awesome vacation place with welcoming hosts

We had an amazing vacation and loved the property and the location. The hosts, Julie and Ellie, arranged transportation from the airport, welcomed us and gave us suggestions for places to visit. It was a 5 minute walk to the Goodman’s Bay public beach access on West Bay Street. You can walk along the beach to the Baha Mar resort area. The public transportation jitneys run fairly regularly along West Bay Street. You can walk to a bus stop or flag them down. It takes about 15 minutes to get into downtown Nassau. Transport to the airport was arranged for us and we paid the fare.

Perfect base for our Bahama adventures

We absolutely loved staying at Julie's place. Quick easy walk to Saunders beach and Goodman's Bay, as well as quick access to the buses on West Bay Street to take us to further away beaches (loved the beaches) and Nassau's Fish Fry area (loved the food). The condo isn't near a grocery store, but that was no problem, as Julie was so kind as to take us to the grocery store so we could stock the fridge for our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer for our swimsuits and towels. We loved our stay, and Julie was a great host. She took great care of us. Can't wait to go back again! Thanks, Julie! Brian and family

Bahamaian hospitality

Julie--our host could not have been nicer. She brought us to the grocery stores hours after our arrival--gave us visitor passes to a Club at Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island--and treated us like her own family. Our rental was quite nice--with plenty of space for the four of us and --and amenities that you only find at your own place at home. A quick 10 minute walk to Saunders Beach--and easy access to all areas of Providence. I highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in excellent location

We were in Nassau, Bahamas for a wedding at the BaHa Mar Resort. Due to the size of our family, we decided to rent a condo from VRBO. We couldn’t be more pleased with our condo. It was in walking distance to BaHa Mar. Right down the street you can hop on the city bus for $1.25. It was in an excellent location. Julie was so accommodating. She had our kids picked up from the airport, gave us a tour of the city, dropped us off on the wedding day and dropped off at the airport. If your traveling to the area I highly recommend this condo!

Great Spot , Great Value , Great Hosts

My wife & I have visited the Nassau area five times over the last 3 years and have now added this location to places we have enjoyed staying at. Julie and her family make wonderful hosts and have provided a clean, comfortable, secure residence for vacationers like us. The location is close enough to the beaches and local transportation while providing a local neighborhood ambience. Having "prompt" transportation arranged and covered, from and to the airport, is an appreciated feature of staying here. Julie also arranged trips to the grocery store , a must when eating most meals in and not having a car rental as part of our vacation. I have no hesitation to recommend this townhouse as a Great Spot, Great Value & Great Hosts .

Wonderful Vacation in Nassau

We traveled to the Bahamas to attend a wedding and stayed in Julie's lovely Townhouse from October 23-30, 2010. Her townhouse was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, secure and convenient to the wedding, and all of our other adventures. The professionalism of our contract combined with the warm hospitality upon arrival was much appreciated. We especially liked being picked up at the Airport by Cheryl and our trip to the grocery store. While we thought we would do some cooking on our vacation we ended up only fixing breakfast and enjoying it on the back patio, communing with the birds and the two resident cats. We were able to catch the bus or walk to numerous locations and then we took cabs back in the evening. During a few relaxing moments we watched the video provided of the 2009 Junkanoo and wish that we could return for the Boxing Day Extravaganza. The Bahamanian people were all very friendly and made our vacation a very pleasant and memorable one.

Okeke Family Holiday 2010

My family and I spent a blissful 2 weeks in The Townhouse. The location for exploring is excellent and it is really easy to find your way around the whole island from such a good base. We enjoyed walking to the beautiful Cable Beach which is literally at the end of the road. The beach is so peaceful and very safe for kids that refuse to leave the water, as ours did!! The Townhouse itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. If you do happen to need anything then Julie is so friendly and accommodating. It honestly felt more like staying with friends for us, than a holiday let. We cannot wait to return and feel we have been spoilt for future European trips that will never live up to this awesome Island!! The 3 main reasons to visit are, wonderful weather, beautiful beaches and most importantly the friendly and welcoming Bahamian People. Big Thanks to Julie and Cheryl for making our time in The Bahamas so special.

Great location, clean and comfortable

We stayed at Julie's townhouse for 11 days while working in the Bahamas. It was so nice to have her next door to help with information and advice and great directions around town. The unit was comfortable and clean. We could fix our own meals in the full kitchen and there was a washer and dryer in the condo. It is well located near restaurants, the beach, and main roads. The unit is secure within a gated community and it had good locks on the doors. We enjoyed returning to this comfortable home away from home each night.

The Golden Girls had a great time

My 3 sisters and I took a vacation to the Bahamas in July and we had a great time. I chose this rental based on the great reviews, so now I want to add my own. We were picked up at the airport by Cheryl, who dubbed us the Golden Girls and quickly became our friend who looked out for us the rest of the trip! Julie was so helpful and accomodating and wanted to make sure our vacation was as good as possible. The free phone to the States was very much appreciated as it let us keep in contact with our families and our elderly mother. We had a laptop with us, so the free Wifi let us keep in touch with our friends and family on Facebook. Cheryl took us on a tour around the entire island and showed us everything her beloved island had to offer. When we weren't being driven around by her, we learned how to take the bus going to the fish fry, downtown shopping and snorkeling. We loved the house, it was perfect for us 4 sisters and would certainly be perfect for a family. It was very clean and we loved just spending time there relaxing. We enjoyed the gardens and my sister would go out every morning and pick a fresh mango for us to eat. The beach is just a short walk down the road and we usually spent time there every morning relaxing in the warm salty water. Most of the time, we would be the only ones on the beach. We had such a great time and loved the house and the neighborhood. It was very quiet and we felt very secure. Thanks to Julie and Cheryl, we had a vacation time to remember. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Be sure and take Cheryl's tour of the island - it gives you a great overview of everything.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

Our family stayed for a week in Nassau. We were so glad we picked this townhouse for our vacation home. Julie is such a dear and very accommodating. We were picked up at the airport by Cheryl who started the welcome and tour and delivered us to the townhouse. Soon after, we were greated by Julie! She immediately continued the welcome and took us to the nearby grocery store. The townhouse was very roomy, clean, and extremely comfortable for our family (parents and two young adult children). We walked daily to the beautiful and relaxing nearby beach, hopped a bus for our travels around Nassau, and immersed ourselves in the Bahamian experience. We enjoyed the downtown atmosphere and even spent a day at Blue Lagoon Island. It was a wonderful ride to this incredible friendly beach area where my daughter and I swam with dolphins (Dolphin Encounter). It was awesome!

Excellent Visit

We stayed at Julie's condo during our 1st visit to the Bahamas. It was a wonderful home, and conviently Julie lives just a couple of units down and was able to provide directions, recommendations, etc... Upon arrival to the house Julie took us to the store to pick up some groceries. She made excellent recommendations for places to visit. Her hospitality was so appreciated! The house was so nice, we are a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) and there was plently of room for all. The house is within walking distance of Goodman's Bay (nice beach area) and is your up for a little longer walk, you can walk to the Fish Fry (highly recommended for some local food). We had a wonderful visit to the island, and look forward to coming back!

A great time in Nassau-Apr. 2010

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the time we had in Nassau, thanks to the the friendly and gracious host, Julie! She and her family truly made us feel so welcomed! The townhome was just as beautiful as the pictures, and truly had all the conveniences to make our stay so great! Also, thanks to Cheryl for picking us up at the airport!! She is such a wonderful, friendly person! (By the way, we would highly recommend that any vistors to Nassau schedule an island tour with her....she is highly knowledgable about the Bahamian history & culture!) Thank you Julie for making our stay so wonderful! You really made us feel so welcomed, and comfortable in your townhome!

Vacation April 24-May 1/2010

Just returned from a peaceful week at this pleasant property. The host family were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean, comfortable and just as described. Ate fresh bananas picked from the tree, as well as limes, Swiss chard, pigeon peasthat we picked ourselves. Great tour of the fish ponds and many different varieties of orchids grown on the property. The walk to the beautiful beach was easy, buses were easy to use. We cooked our own dinners in the modern kitchen or grill and ate outside on the back porch. Lunches were either in town or at Indigo, Marley resort or Compass point - all lovely. We shared pictures of a new grandson born while we were there, congratulations! Cheryl, the taxi driver was friendly and reliable. Our only criticism is of the island itself. There is way too much car traffic and poor sidewalks, walking trails. It would be an ideal place for travel by foot or bicycle but the roads are too narrow and there are too many cars to make it safe. Maybe the PM whom we saw drive by daily could address this issue. My husband and I and our ...

My husband and I and our two teenagers stayed at Julie's condo for a week and had a lovely time. Cheryl was waiting to pick us up at the airport and kindly offered her services should we need a taxi anytime during our trip. We booked her for a ride back to the condo after a dinner out downtown. The buses in Nassau stop running around between 6:30 or 7:00 pm. Julie’s condo was very clean and had all the comforts of home. There is a new barbecue for nights you would like to eat in and sample some delicious local seafood. My children enjoyed the wireless internet and a good selection of DVD's for family movie watching in the evening. Cable Beach is a short walk away and was beautiful. Julie and her family are extremely warm and friendly and their hospitality was exceptional. We learned so much about the island, its people and its culture. Julie's mom is an excellent cook who treated us to some delicious homemade Bahamian food. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.
