Host was attentive but the condo advertised to sleep 10. The sofa bed is broken and was not functional. One bathroom toilet handle was broken and the toilet ran continuously. The condo was not very clean. Food was found on the floor under the sofa bed and the base boards were filthy. The couch was dirty and broken. The beds sunk in the center. It was like sleeping in a hot dog bun. My husband and I kept rolling to the center. Our family rents a huge condo every year and this was the worst place we’ve stayed in Branson in a long time. The kids had to sleep on a sofa bed that stayed extremely elevated at the head due to it being broken. It was either stay elevated or sleep with head hanging toward the floor. We will not stay here again.

Was very disappointed in the condition of the condo, the tiles in the kitchen and some of the bathrooms where loose or broken, the table only had 5 chairs (we used the patio chairs inside at the table). the beds need replacing and the sofa in the living room was dirty and broken down. Great TV's if you had instructions on how to operate, who the cable or steaming service was. There was only one teaspoon. The reason for choosing this condo is the layout is great for couple traveling together. Also note the guest book is full and if it had been read you would already know about most of this stuff. We did not let this ruin our vacation just will not book this condo again.

Loved that all bedrooms had own bathroom. Pics online were outdated but condo was clean. Beds very comfy. Check-in was quick and friendly. Discovered a leak and maintenance was there same day to check out and plumber next day to fix. Overall very happy with our stay

Nice place

We had a great vacation. The condo had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family. We were disappointed in the living room area. The couch was way beyond its better days. We had to put pillows under each leg just to stabilize yourself from falling over on the one sitting next to you. We contacted the property managers but they can’t fix the issue until the owner of the condo agreed to replace the couch. The managers agreed the couch was in very poor condition. It made it very uncomfortable to try to visit in the living room as you really just had two chairs for the 8 adults to sit in comfortably. We used dining chairs but, they become very uncomfortable. Price wise, I felt it was very pricey because of the living room area and its lack of accommodations. The beds were terrific. Very comfortable. Well cared for and a great nights rest. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked well in that area. It was a good place to stay. The floor above us had small children that literally ran from 6 AM to midnight. The noise level was pretty bad at times because of the constant running . The parents didn’t seem to try to encourage the children to ever walk from one place to the other. The condo gave us a great place to visit with family who live a distance from us. I am appreciative for the place.

Friend Getaway

Property was laid out wonderful for group. Plenty of hot water for showers and beds were very comfortable. Only downsides tv remotes even after a call to the office 2 tvs we could not change the channel and the living room furniture has definitely passed it life span.

Didn't live up to expectations

The property manager was accommodating during the booking and check-in process. I requested an early check-in because we had tickets for a 5:00 pm show, and they made that happen for us. The location was great for the activities we had planned in the area. The disappointments all had to do with the unit itself. At over $400 a night, we weren't expecting uber fancy, but we were expecting clean and functional. Unfortunately, that's not what we got. The condo and its furnishings are worn and dirty...stained carpet, moldy caulking around the showers, leaky faucets and faucets with loose handles that didn't move between hot and cold, an ancient water heater that ran out of water after a couple of showers in a unit that holds 10 people, skillets with egg baked on, an old stained, saggy couch and chairs in the living room, window treatments that didn't block the lights from the parking lot, cheap bedding and pillows...the list goes on, but you get the idea. We would not recommend this particular unit. Maybe Thousand Hills has other, nicer options, but we won't be booking there again.

Terrible Place to Stay

The place was so dirty like someone pee on the furniture. You couldn't give the furnitre away. The place is so out dated and needs alot of help. The dishwasher full of mold. The one bedroom no smoke alarm had been removed along with batteries. Alot of tiles cracked. Sink so stained you couldn't tell it was white and the dish towels were so dirty. The outside porch had rippped screens and some windows no screens but that wasn't the problem you could barely open the slider to get out there. Rugs had stains everywhere. I feel VRBO should inspect if they fix it. The guest box had alot of entries of how the place was. There cleaners can't be doing anything. This will be reported online and make sure all 5 us to do a review.

This property is in a great quiet location. The management was great as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The only down side is that it needs updating and the kitchen floor tiles are messy and coming loose. The couch has lost it's cushion and is uncomfortable.

Great fit for our group.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The in suite bathrooms were an especially nice feature for us. It was very spacious and cozy for our in room activities. We even cooked a few meals with the amenities in the kitchen. Bedrooms were sparrow and beds were comfy. Overall, a very good experience.

Sister weekend

The stay was nice. Good location. The furniture could use updating and the mattresses were softer than we prefer. The condo was clean and very roomy. Enjoyed the Sun porch.

Great location

Great location and price! The space amd layout met our needs. Overall we had a great stay but the two negatives were all the stains on the carpet/ furniture and the furniture was old and broken down. It was very challenging for my elderly parents.

Group togetherness yet individual privacy

Loved the 4 bedrooms with the private bathroom for each. Would highly recommend for large families abd groups. Its not a new facility and carpets definitely need cleaning. The couch was saggy and hard to sit on and we used the porch chairs for extra seating. It worked great just needs some updates.
