This beachfront 4 bedroom, 7 bed, 3.5 bath home is a rare ranch style with everything you need on one floor & breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean throughout!

Enjoy the main level which includes a large, open concept kitchen/dining/living area with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean through a bank of floor-to-ceiling windows, 4 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms (one is shared by two rooms) and a powder room.

The kitchen has a glass-top range, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving and dining utensils and ample counter space, including an island with four comfy stools. The dining room table can seat up to 8, with the bar and stools for overflow.

The living room is spacious and bright, with a large, cozy sleeper sofa, chair and a half, and love-seat with an ottoman. It’s the perfect room to curl up together and watch a good movie or read a book. The TV has cable and steaming capability.

Each bedroom is a roomy and comfortable space:

*The master bedroom offers a king bed, ceiling fan, TV with Roku streaming capability, closet and drawer space, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and ocean views.

*Room 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV with Roku streaming capability, closet and drawer space, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and ocean views.

*Room 3 has two twin beds, ceiling fan, TV with Roku streaming capability, closet/drawer space and shares a bathroom with...

*Room 4, which has a twin bed and a bunk bed (twin over full), ceiling fan, TV with Roku streaming capability, closet and drawer space. Rooms 3 and 4 have a beautiful view of sunsets from their windows.

***Please Note: We do not provide linens. We highly recommend you save time and laundry by contacting Sweet Dreams Linen Service ( sweetdreamslinen.com) and ask for the ALL'S WELL package. They are a local and reliable company! They drop off and pick up which makes them super convenient!! You will want to contact them in advance of your visit.

If you are bringing linens you will need sheet sets for 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twin and 1 full. If you're planning to use the sleeper sofas you will need 2 extra Queen sets.. You will also need towels, washclothes and hand towels for bathrooms and kitchen. ***

Bonus: we have two additional rooms: one with a pullout couch and TV with ROKU; perfect for movies or gaming. And a garage/game room with an air hockey table for days when the kids *and kids-at-heart* need to hang out inside!

Accessible from the living room is a generous deck half covered with a pergola which offers some shade on those hot summer days! On the deck you’ll also enjoy ample seating and direct access to the beach, so you’ll have plenty of places to chillax during your stay.

Something to consider: The safety of all of our guests is very important to us! So we take tropical storms and Hurricanes very seriously. Hurricane season runs from the beginning of June until the end of November, with the most activity happening between mid August and mid October. We monitor any storm that looks like it may impact the island and will communicate with guests who are in the house as well as guests who may be incoming. In the case of an evacuation or cancellation due to tropical storm or hurricane activity, we strongly recommend trip insurance.
