Location, location, location. Our spacious1800 Atlantic 3 bedroom condo offers a fabulous view of the ocean from all three bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. Birds of various types, boating activities, lush oasis gardens are just a few reasons why people keep returning to our paradise property. "Click" on 'more information' also "click" on 'More info on Brad & Dee' to learn more about island.

1800 Atlantic is located in the middle of the Island on the Atlantic side. Two miles up is the Key West Airport and 2 miles south is the famous Mallory Square where the cruise ships dock. Off of Mallory Square is Duval Street where so many shops, bars, restaurants, and museums are located.

Key West is a small island but we still recommend you renting a car, scooters, or even rent bicycles to get around to see it all. There are so many unique and great places to eat at or visit for entertainment.

Every evening down at Mallory Square they have a Sunset Celebration. This is where people with unique talented skills perform. Also down here are many fun vendors who set up shop. Everyone watches and waits to see the sun dip into the ocean. Now for the nightlife to wakeup and begin.

Mallory Square and Duval Street.is the Center of where it all happens. There are lots of tourist shops available and in the evening many live bands play at the bars. Some people like to do the Duval Crawl where they go from bar to bar. Jimmy Buffet's first Margaritaville is located down here to remind all you Parrotheads that it's 5 O'clock somewhere. There are many historic museums to explore. Never a dull moment. There is so much "Happening" on this little Island that is only about 4 miles long and 2 miles wide. Grab your favorite drink and enjoy the SUN, SAND, SEA AND FIREBALL SUNSETS

The check in process was super easy with detailed instructions. The condo was very clean and spacious, kitchen well stocked. It has an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. We had some small issues with on site construction going on and the owner was very responsive and easy to get ahold of for help. Highly recommend this condo! Just far enough away from Duval for quiet, but super easy to take golf cart or bike to go out for the evenings.

Rap around deck was awesome. Views of sunrise and sunset unbeatable. Perfect for 3 couples. Location away from major crowds but close to everything. Owner was very helpful with restaurants, fishing charters, etc. great experience.

Perfect location away from bustle

Key West has a party town rep, but here at the south end of the isle youā€™re a world away from duval - ok a 10 minute Uber ride. Youā€™re a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach with rentals. Property itself is beautiful and the unit has the best location in the complex. Wonderful place to recharge and relax

So Nice!

What a treat to lay in your bed and hear the waves! The wrap around patio was spectacular. The pool and beach area were nice and quiet. Definitely rent bikes and bring tennis racquets. Everything else is provided.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! We spent so much time on the wrap around deck. Every single window has a beautiful view. The condo was very well stocked with everything that you might possibly need and then some. We had such a great week together.

Great Condo!

Location of this condo was great, about a block from Smathers Beach. Very nice first floor corner unit right on the beach with great ocean views. Quiet property with a nice pool. Loved that we were far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk to Duval Street, the Southernmost Point and just about anywhere else we wanted to go. Feels like you are no more than 2 miles from any destination. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this Key West condo. The property was beautifully updated, with a modern kitchen and three renovated bathrooms. While the middle hall bathroom only has a soaking tub and no shower, it wasnā€™t a problem for our groupā€”we just staggered shower times.The water views were exactly as advertisedā€”absolutely stunning from all three bedrooms and the living room. We especially loved spending our evenings on the spacious wraparound patio, enjoying the sound of the waves and the brand-new outdoor furniture.Parking was super convenient, located right beneath the unit, and the quiet neighborhood had restaurants and shops close by. The complexā€™s private beach and pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. With five adults, we had plenty of space to spread out comfortably. Weā€™d definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing

They need to have the wash machine replaced! It sounded like it was on its last leg. The property manager was really good to us. The toaster broke and within a hour we had a new one.

A Dentist for 40 years and not retired yet. We have been married for 44 years and have 6 children and 23 grandchildren. Brad is from Preston, Idaho and his wife Dee is from Southern California. We met at college.

We were on vacation in Key West over 20 years ago. We live in the mountains, so ocean and warmth looked very desirable. When on vacation we often like to look at real estate as a possible investment. so looked to learn what is out there. We thought at the time the price for a 2 bedroom was at 1800 Atlantic was good so bought it. Five years later this 3 bedroom came up for sale and so we sold the 2 bedroom and bought the 3 bedroom. That was before people put their property for rent on the internet fortunately now it's so much easier to rent properties out. We want to thank you for considering renting this property. We know you will love it like we do.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The best thing we like about Key West and this 3 bedroom condo at 1800 Atlantic is not only the breath taking view but also we love the quiet sereneness of this paradise spot. It's like being on Gilligan's Island, private but yet so close to the yummiest restaurants and multiple activities on the Island. After our renters book, we send them, by email, a list of activities of things to see and do as well as a list of many delicious restaurants to eat at while in Key West.
We also occasionally fly in to Miami, spend the night there and look around the lovely 'happening" Miami. In the morning we make the beautiful 3 hour drive down to Key West. We love the aqua water, the tropical caribbean feel of the many little stops on the way down the keys, we love feeding the 5 foot long Tarpon fish at Robby's Boat Rental. We don't rush down but instead we stop, relax, smell the ocean, gaze out across the water and be reminded we are on vacation. As Jimmy buffet says, "it's 5:00 o'clock somewhere" and now you are on Island Time.
