The main idea of the kota is conviviality.<br><br>The villa can accommodate eight people thanks to its four real bedrooms; with the possibility, if necessary, of having two additional beds using the sofa bed located in the relaxation room (and possibly on request an additional travel cot in the office for a young child...).<br><br>The villa is on two communicating levels:<br>On the upper level you have at your disposal three beautiful bedrooms with storage space (one of which has a large dressing room), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, American fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher), a large living-dining room (including a superb suspended fireplace, a large sofa, a flat screen TV, etc.), two bathrooms, two toilets, a large office ideal for teleworking (with Ethernet cable), a traditional "Grand-Mère" pizza oven and a very large balcony.<br><br>On the lower level you can enjoy a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a large relaxation room (including a kitchen area with bar, a sofa bed, an adult table football and a flat screen TV). You will also find on this level a superb sauna, a laundry room equipped (washing machine, drying rack, ironing accessories) and a double garage accessible for your vehicles.<br><br>The Villa has a Fibre Internet connection with Wifi, TV package and DVD players. It is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers.<br>You rent the Villa and the whole exterior in complete private, no one but you can access it and you will not be disturbed.<br><br>The exterior is fully fenced and wooded, with a beautiful garden, many relaxation areas and a private parking lot with electric gate (no one can approach your vehicles). The 12-meter long swimming pool is covered and heated (except for wintering), which will allow you to enjoy it in any weather.
