It is a magnificent property, at the top of the cliff, facing the ocean, with beaches at 150m, accessible in 5 minutes on foot. Wooden steps were installed in September 2020, on the cliff, on the footpath to the beaches which are located at the bottom of the property and also to the beach of Gwendrez (Blue Flag) 400 m away, to the east of the property.
An exit at the end of the 3000 m2 plot, to the west of the property, allows access, by another footpath, to the beach of Mespeurlec (Blue Flag also) also 400 m away.
Hiking trails and coastal path (GR34) at 50 m. and 150 m.
Surf school in summer on the beach of Gwendrez.



TY AVEL is designed for a maximum of 6 to 8 people, preferably 6 people.

To get to TY HEOL and TY AVEL: I have a sign with my coordinates on the road, in front of the property. You have to take the path next to the sign and continue behind the big yellow house and you will arrive in the large field to the west where you can park.



To get there in TY AOD, you also have to take the path next to the sign, park in the courtyard and take the path that goes down to the sea. The house is at the bottom of the path.



TY AVEL is also designed for 6 to 8 people maximum, preferably 6 people. It faces west.
On the first floor: - a fitted kitchen - a living room - a bedroom with a view of the sea and AUDIERNE - a bathroom and a separate toilet.
UPSTAIRS: - 2 bedrooms with sea view and 1 toilet

Possibility of chair and cot on request.

Pet allowed: supplement of 40 euros.




The payment of the electricity consumption of the stay (electricity and heating) is based on meter readings on arrival and departure. The first 8 Kwts per day are FREE and billing is done beyond 8 Kwts / day at the rate of the energy supplier (Enedis).



The beds are made on your arrival. I provide you with sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases with an extra charge of 10€/bed occupied. This extra will be paid on site when you leave.

However, I do not provide towels. I can only provide them on request, 7€ per person.
