The house was spotless and very cozy. Our host was super friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to stay in the Keuka Lake area.

Great property for a quick weekend trip. Close to town and shops. Clean, well stocked with everything you need. Host was easy to communicate with and just overall a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay. The house had ample space with multiple gathering areas for our group. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. Minnie was so accommodating to and communicative with our group. We were very appreciative of her and the work put into preparing our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area!

I stayed here with my 4 kids. We booked last minute and were so happy with the house. Everything is labeled so there is no question what is inside a drawer or what light turns on the kitchen. They also had a book with explains about the town and things to do in the area. The place was clean and very accommodating. There is a lot to do in the area. We were so happy with our visit and hope to return again.

Great, Centralized and out of the hustle and bustle

We loved our stay. - this place was perfect for us. It is centralized to all the wineries and between Seneca Lake and another one. We were very pleased with everything and the host had Minnie has great communication.

Minnie's home was warm and comfortable with all the amenities. Nice spacious back deck & attached garage for easy unloading, especially in the cold. TV and wifi worked well, and 2 bathrooms are always a plus. Minnie always responded almost immediately to any message. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again

Great getaway spot

We spent the weekend with friends. The three bedroom was immaculate and quite comfortable. It was an easy drive to many must see locations. Out only complain was the window air conditioning units were a tad noisy and made for loud conversations during dinner. Otherwise an awesome stay.

Thank you for the feedback. The window air conditioner for that section of the house must be installed in the dining room window. We do encourage guests to adjust the window air conditioners to their comfort, but perhaps it is worth noting here, they can also be adjusted for a quieter fan setting as needed. Overall, though, we are glad that you found the house clean and comfortable. Simpler Time Country Cottage is a wonderful location for visiting so many of the must-see places in the Finger Lakes area.

Fabulous

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described. Minnie was very nice and very responsive to questions. In addition to the firewood, there were several other little extras that made our stay that much more pleasant. We would highly recommend a stay at this location!
