Disconnected, the house is in the heart of the village of Ménilles in the Eure valley.
It is set back from the road, in a quiet area at the bottom of the garden.
A south-facing terrace and an enclosed garden embellish it.
Ménilles is a few minutes from the A13 motorway and Pacy sur Eure. It is a peaceful Normandy village that benefits from local shops.
There are many sites to visit, starting with the village of Giverny.
The house has been renovated and is bright.
On the first floor, the kitchen, the living room with a fireplace and the bathroom.
Adjoining, a library room also equipped with a sofa bed for two people.
Upstairs, accessible via a small openwork stairway, a landing leads to two bedrooms with low roofs.
One has a double bed (160x200 cm), the second is equipped with a sofa bed (two 80cm mattresses, i.e. a 160cm bed when unfolded) as well as two single beds.
Please note that there is NO BOX and therefore no internet in the house. There is also no television. It is a house intended for resting.
As far as cleaning is concerned, either you will do it before leaving the house, or you will be asked for a flat rate of 50 euros to have it done.
In the photos, a small house appears in front of the house. It is, of course, uninhabited. You can enjoy the enclosed garden in peace.
