The property is located a 5-minute walk from the center of Vaison and enjoys a very quiet setting with a fenced-in 900m² garden full of flowers and terraces with no neighbors in sight. Ample parking, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. An outdoor area for entertaining and enjoying the fresh air (grill, plancha...). A set of sheets and towels is included.
The house is both functional and comfortable, with a small covered terrace and several areas for outdoor dining: a rectangular table with 4 chairs, a round table with 2 chairs, and on the terrace, a small table with 2 armchairs.
A garden, a hot tub in the summer (which is drained—the water is used to water the garden since it’s treated with active oxygen—and cleaned), 2 lounge chairs, armchairs, and outdoor seating, as well as parking for 2 vehicles.
The house consists of a living room with a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, dining table, and chairs; a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave..., a half-bath, a shower room with a hair dryer and straightener, a bedroom with a 160-cm bed, nightstand, and clock radio, and a bedroom with two 90-cm beds and a TV.
The house can accommodate 4 people.
