A spiral staircase leads to a downstairs second living area with a large pit group sofa for reclining to watch movies or TV. Downstairs also has a kithchenette with a second refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink. The third bedroom downstairs has king bed and TV. A full bathroom is also downstairs as an ensuite to the king bedroom. A separate area has a pool table, TV and seating with access to the outside lower level.
