Conveniently located and close to 101 Freeway. Phoenix has hundreds of golf courses. Garden Lakes is an easy 20 minute drive from Sky Harbor International Airport, only 5 minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium, Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility, Peoria Sports Complex, Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Stadium and the Westgate Center. 17 minutes to Phoenix International Raceway. 15 minutes to the World Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium. Many great restaurants and LOTS of shopping close by. Go hiking in the desert at the White Tanks Regional Park 25 minutes away. In 45 minutes you can be at Lake Pleasant.

Great Stay!

We spent 50 nights here and it was perfect. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. You are within a 5 mile radius to everything you need. We would definitely book this home again.

Weekend get away

The home was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. The listing was accurate with comfortable beds and a wonderful pool. Owner was helpful and very responsive. I had to change our reservation and she was very accommodating. We will be back! Stu and Amy.

Nice Property and Neighborhood. Close to Activities.

Good location for us to get downtown and to family in the Sun City area. Westgate is close by with good restaurants and activities.

Beautiful home away from home

My friends and I stayed at this home for Decadence. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, we enjoyed during the day laying outside by the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to text the host and get a response as well as the check in and check out instructions were easy to follow.

Garden Lakes Paradise

The house was a just the right size and furnished beautifully. Relaxing backyard with pool. Home is very comfortable. Well-furnished kitchen where you can cook and still be part of the rest of the family. Loved the washer dryer and the garage being able to park inside. The neighborhood is by everything: shopping, restaurants and freeways. A jewel that made my stay perfect. Thank you.

Nice House

My husband, two teenagers & myself stayed here for Spring Break. The house has been recently updated and the inside of the is quite nice. The pool area is fine, but lacks aesthetic. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located.

Arizona Trip

The house was great, just as listed! Location was perfect for us to get around close to the 101 and I10. Had a great 4 day stay will definitely rent this property again. Nice quiet neighborhood. Monica was friendly and quick to respond to any questions! Cant wait to come back!! Thank you Monica

Five star last minute booking

I had to make a trip to AZ to help my sister and ended needing a place stay. Owner was great with communication and the place was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The only downside is the neighborhood is full of stray cats so there is a cat urine smell outside. My dog kept them away for two weeks.

Spring Training

Cute house close to the Ball Park. House was well equipped, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Although it was cool weather the pool was heated and patio area was very nice. The use of the garage was a bonus. The only down side, there were no dressers or hangers in the two smaller bedrooms and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Avondale--2024

This a very nice place. Roomy, clean, and comfortable. The beds were just like we are used to. We were there 8 days and nights and would have liked to stay longer. The pool is very nice and kept between 82-85 degrees. Easy access off of I-10 and very accessible to restaurants and other entertainment spots. Monica was very helpful if I had any questions. Would highly recommend this home, except when I want to rent it again. Lol

Perfect home and location for our visit to the Phoenix area

Our stay was wonderful, exactly as advertised. Property was clean and ready for our arrival. The weather was 97 - 100 degrees and the pool made this much more bearable. The home was cool when we arrived and great air conditioning in the hot weather. We went to a concert at the Gila River Arena and the location was just a few short miles from the venue. Have to add a shout out to "Eric's BBQ", unbelievably delicious and one of the best BBQ places we have had, beware of the large portions and the banana pudding (made fresh daily) was an added bonus. We had a wonderful time and experience and being a "dog friendly" home our Boston Terrier, although not a water dog, loved hanging out on the first step in the pool, splashing and catching the water in her mouth. With the added bonus of a return discount, we will be booking here again for Spring Training in March 2023. Go SF Giants!!!

Great location and time spent for NASCAR Championship

My son, 11 yrs old, and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was a great location only a quick 20 minutes to the speedway. It was roomy, comfortable, and clean. It was nice having the garage available. Although we didn’t have time to be in pool, we totally would’ve taken a swim. And this was the easiest check out process I’ve had for a VRBO.

Spring Training Weekend

House was 10 min from Camelback Ranch. Made it convenient to drive to the games. Home close to Westgate and shopping areas. Home clean and modern. We were 6 adults and it was a good size for us. Look forward to reserving this property again.

A Pleasant Experience

Our whole experience was great. The house was just as we expected. It was located in a nice neighborhood and close to everything we were in town for. Communication from the owner was great and very quick. We would highly recommend!

Break from The Snow

Came down from Alaska to visit family. The house was beautiful. Any questions we had were answered quickly by Monica. Even though the weather was cool by Az. Standards we had a great time at the pool. We will stay here again.

This home is perfect for families or couples as it has all the accommodations you will need for a wonderful stay.
