The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this holiday let, nestled on the Helleux headland, which can accommodate up to 4 guests! With beaches, swimming pools and an idyllic setting, we promise you an unforgettable stay! This 47 m² flat comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two lovely bedrooms and a shower room. You’ll also enjoy the furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the gardens and the sea! Bed linen and towels are provided, so all you need to do is unpack your bags. See you soon!

The accommodation
Located on the first floor of the residence, the flat is laid out as follows:

- Living room furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV.
- A 10 m² south-facing terrace furnished with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery… You can cook and enjoy a delicious meal whilst gazing out at the sea and the gardens!
- Bedroom 1: one king-size double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), storage space.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, storage space.
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Communal areas at the residence
- Swimming pool 1: a 700 m² heated swimming pool with a 50 m² paddling pool for children.
- Swimming pool 2: a 150 m² heated swimming pool situated on the higher ground of the holiday complex.
The swimming pools are open from 16 October to 19 August.
Parents are fully responsible for their children whilst they are swimming.

Activities
A wide range of daytime and evening activities are on offer throughout the season within the holiday complex:
- Fitness classes and sports tournaments for all ages.
- Exploring the local area, traditional games, treasure hunts, ‘Tell me a story’ sessions for the little ones…
- Plenty of surprises during traditional festivals: Halloween, Fête de la Musique…
- Lively evening entertainment with hosts, and children’s clubs during the school holidays.
- Regional evenings showcasing the area, its folklore and tastings of local produce.
During your stay, you can also enjoy the two beautiful beaches equipped with sun loungers on the edge of the village, free activities (beach volleyball, games…), and the water sports centre offering flyboarding, jet skiing, kitesurfing…

Transport
- Pointe-à-Pitre Airport is 30 km away.
- We recommend hiring a car to explore the island at your own pace.
- The marina and ferry terminal at Saint-François offer daily boat services to the surrounding islands (Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, La Désirade).

- Secure public car park with no allocated spaces.
- The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
- Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost by connecting to the residence’s network.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Pets are allowed (one pet only) at an additional cost; please specify this when booking. (€15 per stay)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- The opening of communal areas is subject to the residence’s decisions. They will be completely closed from 30 August to 8 October.
