You’ll have access to a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a furnished south-facing balcony! You’ll also be able to enjoy the residence’s swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in the summer! With bed linen and towels provided, plus fibre-optic Wi-Fi, all you need to do is unpack your bags!

The accommodation
Located on the first floor of the residence, the flat is laid out as follows:

- Air-conditioned living room furnished with a sofa, armchair, TV and a dining area for four people.
- Kitchenette opening onto the living room and fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, washing machine…
- Separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and storage space.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Separate toilet.
- South-facing balcony, accessible from the living room and overlooking the pond, furnished with garden furniture.

Communal areas in the residence:
- Unheated, shallow pool; opening dates are not binding and are subject to the residence’s decisions.

The neighbourhood
Set in the heart of a quiet neighbourhood, the residence is situated on a listed site. You’ll also be close to all the local shops: a bakery, a butcher’s, a mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market…

Activities
During your stay, you’ll have the chance to discover and enjoy the various activities Fréjus has to offer: hiking or mountain biking to explore the area around the town, culminating in a spectacular climb up Mont Vinaigre with an incredible view of the Estérel massif, as well as horse riding, quad biking, tennis and a wide range of water sports in the Bay of Saint- Raphaël, such as jet-skiing, kayaking, diving and kitesurfing, as well as cruises on rigid-hulled inflatables or sailing boats to Port Grimaud – the ‘Venice of Provence’ – or Cap Taillat, known as the ‘Little Caribbean’. Whether you choose to relax at the Thalasso Centre or seek thrills at Luna Park and Aqualand, you’re sure to find an outing to suit your taste!
