You will be able to park one, or even two, cars at the rear of the house (garden side) in a cul-de-sac from where, on foot, you will have direct access either to the port and its restaurants or shops, or to the beach. A stone's throw away, the Saumonards forest for walks on foot or by bike and the large Saumonards beach, one of the most beautiful on the island. Internet connection available at the house but no television. Animals are not permitted except if small. The fireplace is strictly ornamental. Tassimo coffee makers available, no filter coffee maker.
