This fully updated condo has all the comforts of home. The spacious open floor plan living makes for a comfortable visit. Love to cook at home? Check out this amazing kitchen! Do not want to cook on vacation, then you are just a few blocks away from multiple yummy restaurants. The living room and master bedroom both have slider door access to your private balcony. Watch amazing sunsets each evening as you lounge on the balcony, pool deck, or beach. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to the 2nd bathroom from inside the bedroom as well, this updated bathroom has a tub/shower. The third bedroom has 2 double beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have Smart TVs mounted in the rooms. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit is something to treasure as well. The condo has two assigned undercover parking spaces that accommodate compact or mid-size vehicles only (no recreational vehicles including motorcycles), and a community gas grill and pool on property. Beautiful sand dunes add to the privacy of the property and a path to the Gulf of Mexico, directly in front of your condo. Over-height vehicles can be accommodated 2 blocks away.
