- a living room with kitchenette, sofa and table;
- a mezzanine (height: 1m60) with a double bed;
- a shower room with a large shower and toilet.

🛌 The flat has a sleeping area :
- a 140cm double bed on the mezzanine.

⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities present in the flat, such as internet connection, kitchen facilities(microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, etc.), bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

This flat is very well located, in the heart of the Chorier/Berriat district, less than 100 metres from the Estacade market, and a stone's throw from all the shops (organic grocery shop, bakery, Asian grocery shop, greengrocers, small supermarket etc) and amenities (swimming pool, schools, laundry...).
It is located 10 minutes from the train station on foot and 5 minutes from the A/B tram, which will connect you to the whole city quickly. The cleaner tram E will allow you to move around the south of Grenoble.
For students, the property is located 900 m from the IUT, 650 m from the GEM school (management school) and 1.3 km from Grenoble INP and the CEA.

Tram E: "Condorcet" stop
Bus 12: "Chorier-Condorcet" or "Saint-Bruno" stop.


🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in nearby car parks (Grenoble Saint-Bruno car park for example).

💁♀️ We are discreet and you have autonomous access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
