Private Hamlin Lake Water Front Cottage Perfect Family Retreat

Looking for a Private Hamlin Lake Waterfront get-away? If so, this property is perfect for you! The home has over 250 feet of Hamlin Lake Frontage. The dock area will allow docking for your boat, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and large yard for activities and relaxing.

This home features beautiful lake views from almost anywhere in the home. The private setting allows you to getaway without interruption.

This home offers plenty room for a family or a few families to vacation. The main floor is open concept. It has 2 dining areas, living room, kitchen with island snack bar, laundry, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The spacious master features a king bed and large on-suite. The master bath offers both jacuzzi tub and shower. There are three additional bedrooms: one queen, one full bed, the 4th bedroom is complete with 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen.

The home has a large driveway with parking space for a total of (5) vehicles (trailers count towards the total of 5). Please be aware there is no additional parking. Vacationers are limited to the 5 unless other arrangements have been made with us.

The home has both air conditioning and heating throughout.

We provide all the necessities including: fresh sheets and bedding, towels, a fully outfitted kitchen, propane grill, patio furniture and firepit. Two kayaks, a canoe, Adirondak Chairs, and Cornhole will be available in the garage for your use. There is also a Pontoon Lift and standard V Bunk lift for you use.

The home is west facing and with incredible sunsets over the lake all summer long! The home is located on the East Shore of Lower Hamlin. The location is hard to top.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home on Hamlin Lake. Everything we needed and wanted was right there. It is spacious, very comfortable, and absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and covered porch where we spent a lot of time watching the activities on Hamlin Lake. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Family Getaway

This house is beautiful, spacious, stocked and clean. Right on the lake, with a huge back porch facing the water. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking for our large family. Everything is provided for a fun vacation; kayaks, firepit, firewood and outdoor seating The host is very friendly and quick with communication. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing memories made here!

This property was second to none. It is an absolutely gorgeous location and presents exactly as depicted on the website. The property is stunning with so much private lake frontage. The home is immaculate and absolutely perfect for family gatherings. It is spacious. We had six adults and two teenagers and we had so much room. Everyone had their own space. The home is incredibly immaculately clean and every detail has been thought out. The owner has gone to great lengths to make sure that anything you could possibly need during your stay is provided. We could not believe the level of detail. This was hands-down our favorite property that we’ve ever stayed at. The lake is absolutely beautiful. Our family was able to unwind and relax and make memories that will last a lifetime. From fishing right from the property shoreline, to kayaking in the awesome kayaks provided by the homeowner, to campfires at night overlooking a beautiful sunset, We absolutely cannot wait to come back again! The homeowner is such a gracious individual who really cares about the people staying at his property and wants to make sure that all of your needs are met. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Perfection on Hamlin Lake!

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location on Hamlin Lake in Ludington Michigan. It's clean, modern, fully equipped for a large group or family, and has excellent beds. We plan on staying here again and making it an annual pilgrimage for us. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely wonderful!

This property is fantastic! We had 3 adult couples and my 17 year old niece. The house is super clean, and everything you could possibly need is stocked and available. The outdoor landscaping is pristine. It's very quiet in the area, and we loved just sitting on the back porch facing the lake. The property manager was very quick to respond when we had a question. We were able to check in a little early. We will 100% be booking this house again. Thanks!

The house was a great setting for an overdue get together with several old friends. Everything was clean and the location and views were very nice. Proximity to Ludington and Lake Michigan offered good recreational options too. Thanks for a great stay! I would recommend it to anyone.

Heaven on Hamlin

This house/property is perfect. The views of the lake were beautiful. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. This is a must for anyone thinking about a vacation rental on Hamlin Lake. We have already reserved it for next year.

Well appointed, clean house with amazing access to lake

Our family and friends enjoyed staying at this house on Hamlin Lake. Very clean and organized house. Well thought out kitchen and lake amenities. Several areas in the house and around the property to gather. Beautiful landscaping. This property had everything we needed to create lasting memories. We will visit this house again.

Wonderful rental for family

We loved this rental! It is well stocked and organized. Several family members enjoyed the kayaks which is an awesome bonus. Best part- the view and firepit. Absolute gorgeous views of the lake. The fire pit is a large area to easily fit everyone and chairs. Property manager was easy to contact when we had a question. Our family has been enjoying hamlin lake for decades and this is the best rental we have ever had.

Large and Clean

Large comfortable house with a fabulous open floor plan. We had 4 adults and 4 children in a multigenerational family and there was plenty of space to accommodate the various activities for all. Kitchen is well stocked for stay at home meals and the owner provided plenty of towels and toiletries. We plan to stay here again. P. S. The outdoor space is beautiful!

Amazing Lakefront Property!

This was a beautiful, clean, organized home on Hamlin Lake. The open floor plan made it seem very spacious and we had no trouble eating and relaxing all together in common areas. It has great views of the lake and you could see the sand dunes as well. It is only a few minutes drive to the public beach in Ludington or the State Park. Daniel was an excellent host who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. He had the home stocked with many kitchen amenities, plenty of linens, and a lot of outdoor things that would be needed (life jackets, cornhole, grill, chairs, etc). We even had a property damage claim (our fault - a first for both host and I) and he handled it very professionally and was not at all upset. My family is already asking for a time when we can go back for another long weekend, and they want to stay even longer!
