We love the simple and peaceful north bay city Vallejo. This is our 2nd property due with short rent. We always wanna to give you a luxurious and comfortable stay to your stay. Our property is nearly San Francisco and Napa. Six Flag nearby. Convenient traffic and safe community we are.

*2800 sqft,4 King beds,1 entertainment room,3 bathroom and 3 garages
*Rosewood furniture, new living space furniture, gourmet kitchen, swimming pool(no heater and no hot tub), pool table, new 65' SONY TV, new washer/dryer machine

So much potential

We rented this property for an entire week. There was 6 of us staying. The pool was filthy. We spoke with the host and she got the cleaner to come and fix the pool cleaner. All it did afterwards was push the sand around the pool. The kitchen was under stocked for the amount the place sleeps. The carpet upstairs was filthy. Most of the pool cues had no tips. Lack of outdoor furniture as there was only 1 pool chair. It was great having king size beds in each room and they were comfortable. The location is close to a lot of amenities and it felt really safe. The host was great for the first day and a bit but then stopped responding. All in all we enjoyed our stay. This place has a lot of potential if the owner would put a little time and energy into it.

Not worth the money

There were so many things wrong with this house. My friends and I rented this place based location and the pool. We knew that the hot tub wasn’t working however, we thought we would at least have the pool. It was discussing it was dirty with sand and there was even socks and other debris floating in the pool. I texted the owner and he sent the housekeeper over and she did what she could in a short time like cleaning the outer vent cover but clearly the vent needed new filters. Cleaning the pool and hot tub however, she filled the hot tub and it drained after a while. While never got to use the pool. Myself and many of the other ladies have issues with sinuses and allergies to dust, mold and mildew we immediately knew why we were having a reaction. The carpets were extremely dirty. The tubs, sinks and other areas of the house were dirty. Light bulbs were blown in the kitchen and some of the bathrooms. No front porch light so we had to enter the house in the dark. Very unsafe considering some of the neighbors were a little suspect. Overall, this house needs a lot of work and cleaning. I do not recommend this house if you’re looking for pool usage.

Family San Francisco Vacation

This home is as listed and looks much like the photos. The check in process is efficient. The host was easy to communicate with until we checked in and told them the pool was dirty. Then we did not hear from them and the pool remained unusable. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were adequate, the kitchen appliances are top notch. The kitchen is not well stocked with glasses (other than wine glasses), no pot holders, no baking sheets, and knives were not sharp. Small downside to an otherwise great space. Grocery store is very close, easy access to the highway for trips to San Francisco, Napa and other areas. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The garage is available which is an additional safety feature. I do recommend this place for many reasons. We did enjoy our trip and thank our host for offering their house for rent.

Great location and Nice Home

We have a nice stay, but the AC was not working at the house during our stay and of course it was during a heat wave. The owner sent a contractor out who did nothing but change the filters and the AC went out again that night. We have two hot nights in the house with no AC. The home is a bit dated and needs some TLC, but location, layout, and amenities are great.

Dated home

The main complaint is the bathroom cleanliness. The tubs were clearly not scrubbed and there was leftover hair from the previous people that stayed in the home. The countertops weren't wiped for awhile, since you could see dust. The A/C unit was extremely loud and did not cool the home. Pool heater didn't work (but that was atleast stated in the listing). The house was spacious and the kitchen was great, but the cleanliness didn't meet my expectations. The owner was vey polite and super responsive (even late at night), so that was appreciated.

Great home for larger families

Place was fantastic and the location is super convenient for touring wine country. My family of 8 and I throughly enjoyed our visit here.
