The house is located opposite the houses Kiek-Wiet and Wiesenblick Fenja in a quiet residential area (dead end). The house is located in Grimersum (about five miles to Greetsiel).

It offers four bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and two shower rooms for eight people (ideal for two families). The sauna and the stove invite for a holiday not only in summer. The beautiful wooden beamed ceiling and the maritime furniture give the house a very special character. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining area with large doors that lead to the south-facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher and much more. In the directly adjacent storeroom washer and dryer are housed. In the ground floor bathroom is next to the shower, the toilet, a bidet and the sauna. One of the (parent) bedroom (with double bed) is located on the ground floor and thus interesting for the transport of grandparents. Upstairs are three further bedrooms (one with double bed, two with two single beds each) and another shower bath.

Two parking spaces and a carport belong to the property. In the garden house is the garden furniture and a barbecue. Enjoy a sunbath or a nice barbecue on the south terrace.

The boat harbor is only 40 meters away, the channel located there has a connection to Greetsiel and Emden; in the summer by (paddle) boat, in winter partly by ice skate. A nice public playground is only a few steps away, so you can leave the children alone there. A restaurant and shops can be found in Ca. 3 km.
