Experience the "Bluffton State of Mind" in this beautiful & newly renovated Cottage in the heart of Old Town Bluffton shopping & dining district. The master bedroom and all bedrooms are on the main floor and no steps needed to get into the house or bedrooms from the front entrance. Our Cottage is truly located in the heart of Old Town, directly accross the street from the historic Heyward house, and with all the shopping, restaurant, parks, live music, and Mayriver within a block or 2 from the front door, our home is literally steps away from it all. The beautiful new Wright Family Park which is right on the water with shore access during low tide & fishing is just a 4 minute walk away. You can also enjoy beach access at any of the public Hilton Head beaches just a short drive to Hilton Head We are also happy to include with every booking the use of our brand new 4 seater Golf Cart with all bookings! Our home is a hidden gem in Bluffton & we are so happy and blessed to be able to share it with you!

This was the ideal home in a beautiful location. We were 4 adults and we all thought the house was charming and very comfortable. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs and we also enjoyed the grill and the golf cart. We loved exploring this historic area via walking or golf cart and the easy access to so many great restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Love this property in Bluffton! Such a great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved riding around in the golf cart provided down to the dock to watch the sun set every night. Owners were great to work with.

Everyone in the party loved the property. Plenty of space for 7 adults, 2 dogs, 3 cars and a boat trailer. Cozy i. Quiet historic neighborhood and the golf cart was a nice addition.

Amazing Stay and Even Better Location!

Great stay in Bluffton! The location was convenient and easy to get to. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The space was clean and comfortable. Our 1 year old loved how close we were to the parks. Would definitely recommend!

Sweet Location

This house is in a great location. It has age on it, but it is charming. The market that occurs on Thursdays takes place right across the street, so it was nice to step out the front door and across the street for the market. My 80-year-old aunt left a quilt she used on her bed. The owners of the VRBO were so kind to send it to us. We enjoyed our stay!

Blufton is a great town

We really enjoyed the location and the easiness of the house. It was perfect. Would love to be there when it's warmer and you can enjoy the outside area is so pretty.

Perfect house in great location!

Family of 7, plus our dog, stayed in this house. Perfect location directly across the street from the farmers market. Short golf cart ride to Calhoun Street’s restaurants and shops added to its charm! Also a short distance to the public dock where you can see the most beautiful sunset!

Bluffton charm

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and the home was immaculate. This home was walking distance to all the downtown Bluffton shops and restaurants and a beautiful park across the street.

We had a fabulous time in Bluffton. The location was wonderful. My son got married and we had the rehearsal dinner right across the street at the Heyward House. It made it so easy to go over and decorate.

Wonderful trip!

This house made our trip wonderful. You could not ask for better lodging. Very clean, comfortable beds and perfectly equipped. The hosts were also great…..went above and beyond to make sure our stay was lacking nothing. We loved the Bluffton area. I would definately give this rental a 10 out of 10.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. House is cute and clean, kitchen was stacked and had everything we could possibly need. Loved riding a golf cart that came with the house. Communication with the property owner was a breeze. Highly recommend if you plan on staying in Bluffton and looking for a small and cute house for your needs.

Our favorite place to stay when in Bluffton Certain

We love staying at this home and have several times. The home is very clean, comfortable and so well stocked. The beds are very comfy. The smoker is fun to cook on and the private fenced courtyard works so well for our pups. I love sitting on the back porch and looking up at the giant trees and watching the many birds. My family is looking forward to our next stay when our son gets married across the street at the Heyward House.

Location is everything

The property has everything that you need. They owners are very detailed oriented. We loved how comfortable the beds were, the spaciousness for 6 adults, and the proximity to downtown and it’s restaurants. The addition of the golf cart is a huge plus. We will be back

This home is a dream!

We were so pleased to stay in this lovely home for a wedding here in bluffton. When not doing wedding activities we were within a short golf cart ride or walk to many shops and restaurants. Perfect location. The beds were so comfy, we all slept like rocks. This VRBO doesn’t feel like a house, it feels like a home with every thoughtful detail considered. If you’re coming to bluffton this home is a must! Some other things I found to be accommodating: tub to bath our baby, lots of baby items like high chair, pack n play and baby seat, quick hot water, beautiful sky lights in master, comfy and clean front porch furniture, large fridge space. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful low country home!

The residence was perfect! Plenty of room for us 4 adults, two teen girls and our pup. The backyard was fenced in, which allowed our pup to enjoy his stay without having his leash on. The kitchen was fully equipped and the master bedroom bed was sooo comfortable! Having the golf cart was nice for going downtown for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future!

Another amazing stay!

We would not stay any place else in Bluffton. The location is incredible. We took the golf cart to dinner, shopping, to the May river to see the dolphins and to take the sunset cruise. On Thursdays, directly across the street, there’s a huge farmers market with music, food and specialty items. Theres also a great playground. It’s just a fun spot. The home is clean, beds are comfortable, shower is great and the backyard is perfect for children and pets. We smoked a brisket on the Traeger grill. We highly recommend this lovely home for your next rental.

A vacation stay gem!

Highly recommend this property stay! The house is located in the old town district and is within walking distance to two lovely parks. We stayed during May fest and enjoyed the bands & events across the street from the house. A big plus was the golf cart that was included with our stay! The house is beautiful inside and includes all the household amenities for our stay. Perfect for families, because it includes a high chair & crib. Also, our little dogs loved the fenced in back yard that had a deck & was very quiet. It was lovely to sit on the screen porch with our coffee in the am. It is located on a very busy small street that can be noisy at times, but it also had a lot of trucks & vehicles setting up for the May Fest event. We so enjoyed this little gem of a cottage & town, and the hosts were quick to respond and look forward to coming back again!
