Relax?<br><br>The Mélèze cottage is ideal for relaxing with its private 4-seater spa <br>And in summer: its private swimming pool (available from June to August)! <br><br>It is located in a quiet area, in the countryside, between Vic-Fezensac (15 min), Mirande (20 min), and Marciac (20 min).<br><br>Capacity: 4 people, including a maximum of 2 children.<br>-------------<br>The cottage is 48m2, it is equipped for your comfort:<br><br>- Living room with equipped kitchen<br>- TV, Hi-Fi system<br>- Reversible air conditioning<br>- 2 bedrooms: 2 beds 140x190<br>- Electric blinds in the bedrooms: for a restful sleep<br>- Bathroom with walk-in shower<br>- Pantry with washing machine<br>- Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue<br>- Children's park and games<br>- Private parking<br>- Baby kit loaned free of charge (on reservation)<br>- CléVacances label: 3 keys.<br><br>- Bed linen and towels: included<br>--> July and August: sheets provided / beds not made.<br><br>📶 Extra WIFI: for a disconnecting stay in the heart of the Gers!<br>The chalet has an additional Wi-Fi for everyday use (emails, messaging, simple Internet consultations).<br>Located in the middle of the Gers 🌻 countryside, the speed can vary depending on the time and the number of users connected.<br>For more demanding uses (videos, important downloads, several connected devices), please plan to use your mobile connection.<br><br>The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility.<br>"Tourism and Disability" label (motor, mental, auditory, visual)<br><br>Pets: only assistance dogs accompanying disabled people are accepted. <br>Other pets: not allowed.<br><br>Presence of a second gîte at about 30 meters without vis-à-vis.<br><br>We will be able to show you good addresses and ideas to discover Gascony: heritage, gastronomy, vineyards, traditional markets, walks...<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you to the Chalets de Barruérot!<br><br>Susan<br><br><br>---------------------------<br>Private above-ground swimming pool. <br>Dimensions: 5.30 m x 3.70 m (solar heating). <br>Available from June to August.<br>The temperature of the pool water depends on the weather conditions.<br><br>------<br> SPA: <br>The spa is located about 6 meters from the terrace, with access via a wooden driveway. <br>For your comfort, it is covered with an arbour + removable canvas on the west side. <br><br>CHILDREN: use of the spa possible from 7 years old. <br><br>- The Spa has: 2 semi-reclining seats + 2 seats.<br><br>Use of the spa not recommended for pregnant women, people with health concerns (poor blood circulation, heart problems, etc.).<br><br>JULY / AUGUST: for stays of 3 to 21 nights: the spa will be available until 9:00 am on the day of departure. <br>It will be emptied between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. by us, so that it is ready again at the end of the day. <br>Reminder: departure maximum 10:00 am in summer.<br><br><br>-----------------<br><br>Swimming pool and spa: <br>- Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.<br>- Maintenance carried out by us, in complete discretion, in the morning between 7:45 and 9:00
