Also Little house is on the same Six Acre Lot Approximately 20 to 30 ft away if you like full privacy and entire six Acre to your Self Please book the both Properties otherwise it is possible that Little House #2090698 has a Guest as well and you will be Sharing the Common Space Only which is the Yard and the Deck. Also WiFi is Available but its not free its a 15 dollar per GB Thanks.

Please follow all the bylaws and do not cause any disturbance and be respectful and be responsible for the neighbours. Don’t make loud noises it’s a big property but still there are neighbours. You have to quit down after 9pm on weekdays and 9pm on the weekends. Have fun enjoy your self but be respectful or you can be asked to leave if you can’t follow the bylaws and the house rules. We really appreciate your understanding.

Also if you leave the fire 🔥 On not completely put out ( no amber no smoke should be coming out )There will be a 500 charge for us to do it for you there is no exception no excuse so please put the fire out properly.

Must Clean Guest After Their Pets
( if we have to pick up the poop of your dog each poop will cost you 50 dollars so please pickup after your pet there is no exception ).

No Damage to Property No Smoking Inside the Property.

No Drugs On the Property.

No Shoes Inside of the House.

No Trash or Garbage leaving on the property everywhere except in the Designated Area. Which is In the Bag Closed and Sealed by the Laundry Room. If you can take your garbage with you that would be much appreciated but if you cannot we will take care of it for you.

No Playing On the Trampoline.

No Fires Unless get the fire permit from the Fire Department first. Or Ask us we will get the fire permit for you cost is 25 Dollars which you have to pay.

Any Missing Remote or Damage remote will Cost you 75 Dollar.

Cigarette Butts only put it out side in a cup and then dispose in the garbage Bag. Do Not Flick it on the property please.

Make sure to lock all the doors windows and main gate or it could cost you a pretty penny. Because any one can come and damage the property by leaving unlocked so it makes you responsible.

Each Cigarette Butt we Have to Pickup and Clean of the Property it will Cost you 25 Dollar. So please Don't Flick it On the Property.

Your Pet is Well Come . Any Pet With Fur,Dog or Cat There will Be Extra 75 Cleaning Charges For per Pet. Because to remove Pet Odor and Fur is very Hard and Same Token Pets are Not Allowed on the Furniture of Any Kind at all. Also please make sure your pets has a leash on at all the time no free running or roaming around. Hopefully you Understand That Because A lot of People all Allergic to Pet & I have to Make Sure All Guest are Comfortable.

Please don’t use the Fireplace if you don’t know how to operate it, especially the Wood fireplace. If you do know how to PROPERLY utilize the wood burning fireplace, please bring your own wood supply. There are places along the way to the LakeHouse that sell wood.

Please always ask if you are not sure how to use something at ANYTIME.

Please note, that there is nobody on duty to shovel the driveway or the perimeter of the house during the winter months. All guests are responsible for their OWN shovelling. There are shovels provided.
Please walk carefully on the snow and or ice. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any slips or falls.

Once in a while hydro Goes out but fire place heating still works. But nothing I can do about that. Till it will come back. it did happened once in last 3 years if does happen keep in mind there is No refund unless it’s our Fault.

We have put it there 14 Board games please make sure after done playing please put back just the way found it and please don’t take the pieces accidentally home with you. We check every game after each guest leaves to make sure next Guest will have it as well. If found to be missing pieces or damaged game please know you will be charged 30 Dollars for each game so please be responsible so it won’t come to it and it goes same for all the DVDs as well.

Early check in allowed with the one time fee of 75 dollars which allows you 2 Hours early check in and same goes for late check out.

We do have a internet but each 1gb is 15 Dollars. Any overage is additional 15 dollars regardless full 1gb is used or not. It is your choice to purchase it or not if you need it please ask for a password. Also there is a option one time fee of 250 which gets you unlimited internet for up to 20gb fast internet after 20gb it’s slows down it’s not for watching videos or movies it’s for every day use. If any questions please feel free to ask. But if you require after first fast 20gb is finish and slow internet is not good enough for you for additional fast 20gb there is extra cost of 90 dollars there after. There is no refund for any reason. Also WiFi is Available but its not free its a 15 dollar per GB.

Garbage pick up Day is Wednesday morning

Please make sure turn OFF all the Heat including Fireplaces and Electric Baseboards Heaters lights and fans or you will be billed additional 200 regardless how long you stayed. By not turning it off you are agreed to the term by Staying in Our LakeHouse and you must message US to let us know you turned it off right before leaving not after.

If you are staying over a week you will be responsible for Electric and Heat Bill. Which is charged 20.8 per kWh for electric. and for propane is 20 Dollars per Litre. By Staying you are agreeing to this Condition. Heat is a propane and electric. Also it is your responsibility to take a picture of the propane level which is on the top of the propane tank under the lid. It tells you how much is exactly propane in there. Also it is Guest responsibility to make sure take the pictures of the electric Meter as well so they know when they arrive what was the number and when they left what was it was so they would know exact use. Electric bill we will tell you how much is it. For the time you are there. Only applies to the guest who are staying over a week. Also heat charges are 20 dollars per litre. Propane Tanks has Meter on it to see how much in it and so it is guest responsibility to take a picture and send it to the owner and acknowledge they have checked the day they arrive if they don’t they will be billed what Host tell them and there is NO excuses.

Property Does Have a washer & Dryer For Guest Use with a weekly Charge Of 50 Dollars. If Interested Please Do Ask In Order to Use It.

BBQ is Available for Rent with One Time Fee of 25 Dollars for up to one week rental. you Can Bring Your Own Propane tank.Also please Clean the BBQ after Done. If you want us to clean the BBQ it is a 50 Dollar Charge or if you forgot to clean there would be 50 Dollar charge. Also use BBQ only Under the Roof area where is designated area for BBQ and if any grease or anything spills please make sure to clean it or you will be charged 50 to clean it after you. Thanks for the understanding. Also if you like us to provide you with propane there is additional 45 Dollars charge for per tank propane after its get empty you take it your self to refill it if you need more or we can do it for you for 75 dollars charge for each time.

Please Also understand we provided you the high Chair and Crib but we are not responsible in any way at all use it at your own risk and discretion.

Please Don’t park the car on the grass it kills the grass. If we see you or your guests park on the grass we will be charging you 300 dollars per vehicle. There is zero excuse policy in place so please park in the designated area there is a plenty of the parking please park it properly.

Only guest are allowed on the property is who ever is registered in a guest list no one else is allowed for any reason with zero tolerance policy no exceptions. If any one is found to be on the property that guest and there host will be evicted right away. So if you are planning to have someone is coming make sure they are registered in your guest list. please be honest be upfront. Also any extra guest will be a 50 dollar charge for each day for entire booking regardless guest is there for five minutes or the entire booking.
