Villa Muga is a contemporary and bright house, designed to comfortably accommodate a large family, thanks to its 5 beautiful bedrooms.

The accommodation consists of:

- A large and very bright living room, crossing between 2 terraces.
- A fully equipped modern kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- WIFI connection
- Three bedrooms with 160 cm double beds
- Two bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, one of which is on the mezzanine with steep and unsecured access
- Storage in each room
- Linen and cleaning included: sheets, towels and dish towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival
- A bathroom with shower, communicating between 2 bedrooms
- Another independent bathroom with shower
- Two separate toilets
- A washing machine is also available

Two terraces, each with its own atmosphere:
- A terrace on the jacuzzi side, with dining table, deckchairs and garden furniture, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
- A terrace on the forest side, in the shade of the pine trees, with dining table and plancha, perfect for lunches or quiet breakfasts.

Important information:
A deposit of €1000 will be requested before arrival in the form of a secure bank pre-authorization via Stripe. The pre-authorization is automatically released 2 days after the stay if no damage is found.

Why Villa Muga?
Muga means edge, border in Basque.
The house is literally located on the edge of the forest, on the border between habitat and nature, offering a real feeling of disconnection.
With a bit of luck, you can even observe pheasants or roe deer directly from your terrace.

A destination for sport and pleasure:
Come and discover Labenne Océan, a charming seaside resort nestled in the heart of the Landes forest.
Here, you will have the opportunity to work out (if you feel like it, of course!)

The Vélodyssée cycle path crosses Labenne Océan and allows you to reach Capbreton, Hossegor... or even Vieux Boucau for the most motivated!
Bicycles can be rented on site or by contacting us after booking.

For running enthusiasts, with nearly 160 km of trails crisscrossing the surroundings of Labenne, there is plenty to enjoy!
Being a running enthusiast myself, I will share with you in the welcome booklet the GPX tracks of my favorite routes.

And of course, surfing, which is part of the DNA of our beautiful region.
The Landes coast is a recognized spot for all levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, lessons are available thanks to our partners, by contacting us.

The nearest bars and restaurants are only 500m away. We will also recommend our favorite addresses around Labenne.

The house is located in Labenne Ocean, in a very quiet area, about 200 meters from the ocean.
The beach, bike paths and forest trails are within walking distance.
