Separate toilet.<br>- A hallway with large cupboard, washing machine.<br>- A terrace with garden furniture, parasol.<br>- a private parking space at the entrance to the residence (pedestrian residence).<br><br>The residence includes a communal swimming pool; it is currently under construction; it may not be open this summer 2026; the rental price already takes this into account.
