Ideal for up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms, this 200 m² air-conditioned house has been completely renovated to offer you all the comforts in a sleek and modern style.



The 1700 m² garden offers you a soothing setting. Enjoy the private heated swimming pool. The commissioning and heating of the swimming pool is done from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) to the last week of the All Saints' Day holidays (French school holidays). It is secured by an alarm.

We have also installed a half basketball court for the pleasure of young and old.



The location of the house is ideal. Access to the beaches of La Ciotat is a 10-minute walk away. You are 500m from the gentle path, green and pedestrian crossing that takes you to the old port and historic city center. You can also borrow it on a scooter, roller skate or bicycle.



The house is inverted with the living space upstairs to benefit from the sea view. The living room with open kitchen offers generous volumes with high ceilings and 60m². Its double exposure, its many windows and bay windows make it the centerpiece of the house. A piano is at your disposal. This space has direct access to the large terrace with dining area and outdoor lounge. The whole offers a sea view. The terrace gives access to the garden via an external staircase. It is a natural place of conviviality where you can share good times with your loved ones around barbecues.



On this same level is 1 master suite with bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds and office. One of these bedrooms is the 12m² office with a very good quality sofa bed. A bathroom is available for these rooms which are air-conditioned, equipped with wardrobes and recent quality bedding.



On the ground floor you have three bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds each with fitted wardrobes or dressing room. The beds are recent and of high quality. A desk has been added in two of the bedrooms.

A shower room is available for two bedrooms, the third has its own private bathroom.

The icing on the cake is a large game room with a living room, corner sofa, TV, a table. It is the ideal place to get together, young and old, around a board game or a good movie.

A summer kitchen is attached with a bar. This is very practical because it allows you to store all your barbecue food in the garden accessible from this playroom through the two bay windows. This level is air-conditioned by a unique air conditioning in the living room which, linked to the thickness of the walls of the house, allows you to keep a comfortable temperature even in summer.

The owners simply have two dressing rooms to store their personal belongings.

This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, how it works and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.

She will give you and comment on our tour guide who advises you on typical days to discover the region.

Other remarks

Several secure parking spaces are available in the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Check-in times: 5-7 p.m., check-out time: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The neighborhood and the surroundings

The house is located in the Peymian district, with a green landscape and a quiet atmosphere. It is a district consisting mainly of villas with gardens. You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ... The old town of La Ciotat which can be explored quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink. You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate. On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun. You can also take your car back and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, ...

The town offers all amenities with access by train, bus lines and boat access to the Ile Verte and for visits to the Calanques.
