Villa Maluel is a spacious 200 sqm air-conditioned villa accommodating up to 18 guests. Private swimming pool (heated on request) and fully secured. Just a 12-minute walk to the beaches, shops and surf spots.
With 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a large enclosed garden, it’s ideal for family holidays or group getaways in Biscarrosse Plage, close to the Atlantic Ocean, cycling paths, the Arcachon Bay and the Dune du Pilat.

The villa is officially listed with the Bisca Grands Lacs Tourist Office. To find it: go to “Book” → “Accommodation” → “Holiday rentals” → select your dates → enter 15 adults.

Ground floor (sleeps 6)
- Bright air-conditioned living space (40 m²) with a dining area for 18, open kitchen, and a 20 m² TV lounge with large bay windows opening onto the pool
- Fully equipped kitchen: large fridge-freezer, 2 dishwashers, oven, induction hob, microwave, 3 coffee makers (including Nespresso), kettle, raclette grill, stock pots, rice cooker, Dutch oven, and everything you need to cook comfortably, just like at home
- 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds (one with a desk), all with ample storage: drawers, wardrobe, and hanging space
- 1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 separate toilet
First floor (sleeps 12 + 2 baby beds)
- Air-conditioned shared sleeping area with 2 bunk beds + 2 pull-out beds (6 beds total), TV, shutters, blackout curtains, large walk-in closet
- 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds (one with a desk, one air-conditioned), all with ample storage: drawers, wardrobe, and hanging space
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 Italian-style shower + toilet, 1 separate toilet
- Laundry area with 9 kg washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron

Things to know:
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price displayed on VRBO.
July & August: bed linen and towels are included.
Outside the summer season, bed linen and towels are not provided automatically, so guests may bring their own.
If you prefer, I can make them available upon request, via an optional flat fee of €300 for the entire stay (regardless of the number of guests), with the linen placed on the beds upon your arrival. In that case, I will send you the request directly through VRBO messaging.
If you do not choose this option, please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels.
Bed sizes are as follows:
Double beds: 160×200 cm mattresses / 220×240 cm duvets
Single beds: 90×190/200 cm mattresses / 140×200 cm duvets
Pillows: 65×65 cm

Pool

- Optional pool heating: €20/day (minimum €120, includes 3 days of pre-heating - target temp. approx. 26 °C)

Terms & Conditions
A rental contract will be sent by email with standard terms and conditions.
You may request to review it before finalizing your reservation via the platform.
A holiday liability insurance certificate is required before the stay. An uncashed security deposit cheque of €2000 (sent by postal mail) will be returned within 15 days after departure. In case of pets, a €200 security deposit by non-cashed cheque will be required and refunded under the same conditions as the damage deposit.
Tourist tax: €2.61 per adult per night, automatically collected by VRBO. Minors are exempt - please indicate the age of any children under 18 before booking to avoid any overpayment of taxes.

During the off-season (from September 1st to June 30th), more favourable rates may apply for stays of one week (7 nights) or longer, depending on dates and availability. Please feel free to send me an inquiry via VRBO messaging (including your dates and the number of guests), and I’ll get back to you promptly.

Just steps from the house, enjoy the Atlantic Ocean for surfing, kitesurfing or a refreshing swim, with spots suited to all levels.
The nearby Biscarrosse lake is perfect for paddleboarding, boat rides, inflatable water games or simply relaxing with family.
A 27-hole golf course is just around the corner, and a network of cycle paths takes you through the Landes forest all the way to Arcachon for the more adventurous.
