To enjoy the 2022 summer season under the Occitan sun in Languedoc-Roussillon, we’re offering this small, 50 m² summer cottage for weekly rental. It’s entirely open to the outdoors, facing a 7 x 3.5-meter pool surrounded by lush greenery.

Set on a 1,300 m² lot at the end of a cul-de-sac with just four houses, come enjoy the joys of summer with a private pool and spa.

After passing through the gate, you can park your car under the carport, sheltered from the heat. Then, as soon as you step outside, you’ll be able to enjoy the terraces—which offer varying degrees of sun and shade thanks to the bioclimatic pergolas—without any prying eyes.
Tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and recliners will be at your disposal on these terraces and around the pool.

You’ll also have access to the “relaxation” area in the garden, featuring an outdoor shower, a spa, under a wooden pergola, where you can unwind after perhaps enjoying a bike ride (bikes are provided) along the Canal du Midi, which is located 500 meters from the house.

The accommodation itself consists of a spacious 25-square-meter bedroom with a large 3-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling window offering a direct view of the pool. It features a 140 x 190 cm bed, a sitting area, a coffee table, a TV, a music system (radio/CD/USB), table, chairs, and a hallway that serves as storage space for your laundry but also houses a large fridge/freezer, a pod coffee maker, and an ironing board and iron.

Enjoy the kitchen, which opens onto the outdoors and offers everything you need for cooking. Electric and gas stovetop, gas grill and gas griddle, and a mini electric oven if needed. Here, too, you’ll find a refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle.
