SPECTACULAR OCEAN FRONT VIEW FROM BALCONIES AND ROOF TOP TERRACE

If you want an amazing view of the ocean, this place is perfect. Nothing obstructs your up close view of the Aguadilla Bay. You can enjoy the view while having a cup of coffee in the balcony or simply while working from the dining room. Here is a quote from one of my guests: "Having the ocean within footsteps and watching the sunset from the balcony and terrace was divine.”

GREAT VIBRANT AND CONVENIENT LOCATION
This place is easy to access and conveniently located. You can walk to the beach and you are next to a coffee shop, bars, and restaurants. It is also close to shopping, parks, and the main road connecting Puerto Rico's northwest corridor. You will have easy access to the main tourist destinations in the northwest. Plus it has great access to Aguada, Moca, and other towns. Here are a couple of quotes from a guests: "Best of both worlds, a beautiful beach and pool at our finger tips; Close to beach, food and shopping. I especially like the feeling of mixing with the locals as opposed to being in the middle of a tourism hot spot."

Beautiful Spot

This little condo was perfect. We had an amazing view of the ocean from the main balcony, where we even saw whales. It is a very short, easy walk to great restaurants. It is very well located between Rincón and Isabella. The host was very responsive. Good kitchen set up for those of us who like to cook. Our family had an amazing time!

Delightful Experience!

Apartment was ideally located near beaches and places of interest. It was very clean and well equipped. The ocean view was awesome and a short walk to a swimmable beach. Easy access to major highways and shopping centers. Owner was quick to reply to any emails or phone calls. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Anniversary celebration

This is a beautiful two bedroom apt located on the third floor. Has two balconies; one overlooking pool and the other overlooking the ocean. View is spectacular. Located on main strip with numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shop, etc, all within walking distance.Apt has all amenities listed. AC in every room. Washer and dryer come in handy and has all the comforts of home. Needs nothing!! Saul is a premier host. Very quick to respond to messages and made check in process go very smooth. Will definitely be back next year. Thanks Saul

Host was responsive to an issue with dishwasher.The condo is dated. Refrigerator and dishwasher are old and have external rust. Silverware drawer didn’t close properly. Washing machine leaked as did several windows, which did not open.TV (Roku) was not user friendly.Traffic noise, particularly on weekends, is obnoxious with extremely loud music, motor cycle and car engines which goes continuously to 1:00-2:00 AM. A real negative issue.

Perfect location near all

This is a beautiful, well maintained, albeit a little dated, property right along the main strip and walking distance to most of the night life in the heart of Aguadilla, PR. You are steps away from the waterfront and the most magnificent sunsets seem to be at arm's reach. We will most definitely consider this property again on future visits to Aguadilla.

Right on the Aguadilla night life strip.

The Condo has a great ocean view and is on the main strip where the restaurants and bars are. At night you will be listening to loud music till about 2am on the weekends.

Spectacular Views & Comfortable Space

The property is very well maintained and super comfortable. Location is prime, views are spectacular! When we arrived, the island had just lost power and it lasted 3 days of the trip - which in hindsight was a blessing because my teen finally abandoned his cell phone! We visit the island two times a year to visit family, but staying here gave us a real tropical vacation feeling. All in all this location was very nice and met all our needs.

Vacation Stay

This is my second time staying at this property and I can say that I love it! With all its amenities such as a pool and it’s private parking, etc it’s such a plus. Such a beautiful view of the beach across the street and pool that part of the condo. I had to contact the owner for a slight issue and she responded quickly and was so kind and helpful!! I know for a factor every time I vacation in Puerto Rico I will be staying at this beautiful home!

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean rom both balconies.

Can’t beat this location for Aguadilla and west coast. Unit 310 Across the street from beach and board walk with 3 Rd floor balconies facing west for beautiful sunset views and large deck overlooking pool and courtyard as well as beach. Nicely sized 2 BR with 2 generous bathrooms and great open layout. Sunny and bright. Fully equipped including in unit laundry and good quality Wi-Fi. Close to center of town with a few new surprisingly good restaurants. Gated reserved parking a plus. Condo complex has very friendly permanent residents. Feels like home. Saul was easy to reach and friendly as was on site property management team. Great value compared to some other beachfront rentals we saw others rent. Would absolutely stay her if coming to Aguadilla region

Home away from home

This is my second time renting here, and will be my go-to place when in Puerto Rico. This property has a very good location and the town and waterfront are easily seen from both balconies, and most windows. Good A/C, comfortable and clean. Various bars and places to eat nearby. You can spend a whole week in the general area, and not get bored, or hungry. The owners are very easy to talk to, very accommodating, and are always there to answer your questions. I recommend this place to anyone wishing to have a good time in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.

This is such an adorable condo in a very great location. The ocean views from the Condo are phenomenal. The property owner was very accommodating and responded to our inquiries immediately. The property has all of the amenities you need to have a wonderful and comfortable stay. The location has a beach within walking distance and Crashboat beach just up around the bend. We will definitely look into staying again.

My stay at 310 Yumet St, Aguadilla PR.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Gated for safety, and security. Free assigned parking space . In town, close to local restaurants and bars, and within ten minutes ride to countless other restaurants, and various beaches in the area. Beautiful scenery. You will love waking up in the morning to the beautiful sounds of the sea. When I return to PR, I will defenetely choose this place for my stay again

Beautiful view from balconies

We have stayed here many times and always impressed with the views- ocean from every window. With the expansion of the malecon the noise can get very loud on the weekends and holidays. But during the week it is relatively quiet. Saul is a great host!

I bought this place because I love spending the holidays in Puerto Rico. And this place is close to family and many attractions. I have been swimming in these waters all my life and I love it. I also love walking and running along the shore.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You can wake up make some coffee and seat in the balcony overlooking the ocean, or you can walk down to the coffee shop and enjoy an early morning stroll on the boardwalk. If you want to cook great, if not walk to local eateries with Puerto Rican food, pizza, etc...Is it too hot? Then get in the pool or enjoy the ocean. It's truly a great location. You will enjoy it.
