Getting Around:
The apartment is about 30 minutes from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport by car or taxi. We’re also happy to arrange private transportation for you.
EXPLORING: Once you’re here, you can easily walk or rent a Bixi bike to explore the area. In fact, you can easily walk to many top Montreal attractions in under a half-hour! If you want to go a bit further, taxis and public transit are convenient and affordable. The nearest metro station is just 700 meters away (Blue Line).
PARKING: If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues such as Ave Mont-Royal. Most secondary streets in the area are reserved for permit holders only. You can purchase one permit for $8 every 24 hrs entering the code PMR02 in any parking kiosk (please remember to leave the permit on your dashboard). *WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING FINES OR TICKETS*

- In the heart of St-Laurent's vibrant nightlife, steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and clubs. You can expect noise throughout the day and night.
- Incredible spot for digital nomads and longer stays.
- All taxes (GST & QST) are included in your price. We can provide an invoice for tax deductions.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and like most buildings in the Plateau area, there are stairs. You’ll need to climb 2 flights.
Keeping It Chill:
- This area buzzes with energy day and night (we provide earplugs for light sleepers.)
- The apartment has independent AC units. Closing the curtains helps keep those bedrooms cool during the day.
- Bachelor/bachelorette crews welcome! Just keep the party at the nearby amazing clubs after 10 pm.
- The apartment might have a noise monitoring device (NoiseAware) - it only measures volume, no recordings!
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside, please (helps us keep the space fresh for everyone). If smoking is detected, we will have to charge for the deep cleaning of carpets and furniture.
- If you are having a great time, please don't jump or dance - the restaurant below won't be happy.
Must-Knows:
- Main guest must be 18+ to book
- No shoes inside (protect those gorgeous floors!)
- Pets are allowed, subject to approval. Let us know if you are travelling with your furry friend, and please no paws on the furniture (extra cleaning fees might apply)
- We'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement accepting the house rules
- On some booking platforms, there will be a temporary security deposit hold, funds released after checkout (when all is well!)
- You may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during your stay for identity verification.
- If you are driving, note that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING TICKETS. Montreal parking can be tricky! Check the rules in advance.

Safety First:
- Two flights of stairs to your apartment (#4). Please be careful, especially if you are travelling with little ones.
- Please keep windows closed (they don't meet safety regulations). The apartment has an air exchange system & AC, so there is no need to open the windows.
- There is a balcony with a ladder for an emergency exit. You can enjoy a coffee sitting on that balcony. Children must be supervised closely to prevent falls through the opening where the ladder is located. This opening is between the two units and is covered by a 2-foot pet fence for safety. The balcony is shared between the two apartments, there is no privacy screen between them.
- Smoke and noise detectors must stay connected; please don't tamper with them.
- Keep an eye on the little ones in common areas, corridors and stairs.
- Please no candles, incense or any burnable object with flames inside the apartment.
- No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Self-check-in available: you’ll use the lockbox for access to the building and a code to open the interior doors.

The Host was excellent. The appartment was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing. If you are not comfortable with stairs then this would not be for you. Its off of a busy street so noisy with bars on the weekend but the lication and host are so amazing i would highly recommend. Just bring noise cancelling devices to sleep with.

Adorable Apartment
We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and bright. The neighborhood was not as nice, but there were some fun shops and restaurants very close. The streets were littered with trash and is a very loud area at night because of clubs, Police, nightlife. The nightlife started when we went to bed around around 10 PM. Otherwise it was so much fun. Really everything you wanna see is in such a close proximity to this apartment.

My Review
Place is accurate as pictures. There are some marks on the walls and the main bedroom’s door doesn’t close (you have to put something heavy behind the door to keep it shut). The front of the building looks shady but the inside is nice (prime example of dont judge a book by the cover). Other than that it’s beautiful. The bathroom were clean and nice. Lots of beds. The beds were comfortable but the pillows weren’t too much but it’s manageable. Host is amazing. Overall I give 10/10 for the experience, its close to a lot of bars/clubs 2minute walking distance. I recommend you guys to book.

Fantastic stay, so clean, great location, and young-kid proof!!
Upon entrance of our Montréal VRBO, both of my sisters said "Can I just live here? Forever?" Our stay was really great, just wish we could have been there longer. We had 4 children (two 6yo, 4yo, and a 3yo, all cousins) and after a quick walk around and scan, the place appeared safe and unlikely that we could break anything, a HUGE plus when traveling with kids. Location couldn't have been better, we could walk to coffee shops, parks, Schwartz, etc and parking was a breeze (just have to get up to move the car at 7, but you just park around the corner, and grab coffee on the way back!). The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable (coming from a picky sleeper), the place was very clean, we were able to make breakfast in the morning and the kids loved the counter "like eating in a restaurant!". The host was very quick to respond when we had questions about parking and the door, everything was resolved quickly. The only less than stellar part was the towels-they were a little musty, but obviously clean.We would definitely stay here again!!

Disappointing
What was meant to be a peaceful and beautiful weekend actually became a stressful weekend. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong code to enter the home therefore was stuck outside as well as the cleanliness in the home not matching the pictures online. It gives so much anxiety knowing with everything going on in the world, cleanliness is the least asked from people nowadays.

The correct code was sent to you at 3pm before check-in time and I am sorry that you did not mention anything about the cleanliness issues that you found, it would have been easy to send the cleaners again for any situation.
